My wife and I had a couple of tasks to finish in Almaty, and this time we chose the Royal Tulip for our stay. The hotel is rather new, and everything has an air of grandeur. Lobby and halls are very large and spacious, and so was our suite: large bathroom with tub, shower, toilet, and bidet; big anteroom (with...

Stayed for just one night for work and would like to have had longer. The hotel is located about 3km from the centre of the city. It is walkable but all uphill going back to the hotel. The hotel itself is good. The room I was in faced south on the 5th floor and had wonderful views of the snow...

Not the most spectacular hotel I have stayed in, but for the purpose of quick stay for business it does the job. The staff were courteous and were efficient. The rooms were extremely large for a standard deluxe, double what you would get anywhere. The rooms were clean and for a few nights I had no complaints.

This was my first stay at the Royal Tulip and definitely will not be my last. Very helpful staff, especially at reception. Rooms are large and luxuriously appointed. Breakfast offers a large variety of food. And best of all, great views of Medeo and the mountains.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Overall it was ok, just few things that annoyed me. -Room : big and spacey but I could here my neighbors talking and their tv's sound. -Light : they use the light saving type of light on the hallway. It was so creepy when I came out from the lift walking to my room which...
