This hotel is such a rip off, approximately 250MYR per night and you don't even entitled for breakfast considering their so called "resort" is extremely run down. Let me starts with pros as there aren't much to describe about, first thing first, would like to compliment the staff for not being arrogant. Things are pretty much quite swift whenever you...

As what most reviews had of this place is very true. First and foremost, prepare mosquito coils or repellent. I closed my balcony all the time but this pests seems to get inside. With the mosquito coils, then I had a peace of mind. Alas, I reserved a beach view room only to get a partial beach view room due...

First of all It's not four points by Sheraton langkawi any more, ownership changed. Location is not good, it's far from everything else airport, taxis will cost a lot uber & grab not working here. Hotel need more cleaning. Rooms are large & nice. Bathroom good also need a little bit care. Again location is not good.

I was fairly happy with this hotel. It was formerly the four points by Sheraton but had changed ownership. Room was large and the bed was comfortable. Quite a few mosquitoes around the room but they delivered a plug in mosquito repellent which helped. The wings looked a bit basic. Quite noisy in the morning as guests allowed doors to...

The hotel is huge but its not well maintained also it does not have adequate staff. To my surprise the lift was not working so since i...

First of all its not Four Points by Sheraton. It is now owned by a company operating hotels under the name Century. I booked mistakenly considering it as Four Points by Sheraton. Worst things: • Located far from all attractions. • unfriendly staff and never answer over telephone. • Poor air-conditioning. • Dirty rooms with lots of marks on walls....

This hotel was a big disappointment in my honeymoon. I dunno how it got 4 stars rate! No clean bed sheets or towels. Floor is not properly cleaned. Room service is bad.Their beach needs more care. Breakfast is the only good thing but still needs to be enriched.

The highlight of the property is the infinity pool and a private beach. However, the beach needs clean up for sure. Rooms are good size but very average. Bathrooms can be cleaner and they must have bathroom mats. The whole bathroom and room gets wet everytime you step out of a shower. Staff is polite. Service is good but restaurant...

Stayed in Century Langkasuka from 23rd July 2016 to 25th July 2016. Firstly they do not have WIFI in rooms. For a 4 Star hotel, this is a must. Sceondly the lift was broken for all three days. When you pay so much, you can expect the very basic facilities to be operating. Thirdly, lots of Mosquitoes and insects in...
