I stayed there for two nights. It is located 5 kms from City Centre and other commercial areas. The rooms are average. They ask you to deposit and security deposit even after you paid the full amount online. They dont even provide tea bags in the room for the guests staying.Adding to the woes, they have closed the restaurants also.I suffered 1 hour without...

After reading the reviews this place was slightly better than expected. The reception staff were friendly and tried to help whenever they could. Room is very basic - business studio room at 125RM per night. Carpet peeling from the floor, shower is very basic attached to wall, no actual separate shower space so everything in bathroom gets wet - have...

The service provided is really good, and i like the design of the room. I'm surprised with the choices of the breakfast they offer in the morning. I would really recommend this hotel because of the services and the price is really worth paying for.

So we thought 3 bed would be at least queen, but when we checked in there's only 3 single bed stick together because the room was very small. Can't breathe tho. They said there's Jacuzzi but only one room has it. Which...

My uncle was trapped in the lift for about 10 minutes, they couldn't get any professional help, just by asking their staff trying to open the door violently. The rooms do not worth the price, very small and don't be fooled by the photos! I went with my family and we took about 12 rooms, most of them with problems...
