Central hotel, close to bus stations, malls, banks and many restaurants. Staff is friendly. Clean room with air conditioning and good working wifi. Bathroom a bit small but ok. The only downside is that there's no elevator so you have to carry all your luggage upstairs to the rooms (no rooms on the ground floor).

Even the Jesselton Jetty (where you get boats to the nearby islands or to...

Agreed this hotel has a good location but its services need more improvement! Having stayed for 3 nights, not a single room cleaning/clearance of trash bins are done at all! As the other reviewers did mentioned, you need to request for cleaning services, otherwise, they assume that you do not need one at all! Even moving of furnitures in the...

We spent a night in a family room for 83 ringgits. Our room faced onto a busy street but was surprisingly quiet. It won't win any design prizes, but was spacious and clean. The shower was powerful and warm (something of a rarity!), and the wifi worked fine. The central location was perfect for exploring the many wonderful eating spots...
