This is a very homely Hotel. Very welcoming with a traditional drink. This hotel is so convenient cos' it near to tourist area and food places and shopping. When we want to buy Kueh Lapis, they drove to the special place to buy it before sending us to the airport. Very personalize service and very helpful in intro us to...

We stayed here for 12 nights followed by two more at a later time in Jan. as we had to use Kuching as a base (due to injury). The co-operators/owners were sensational in their assistance to me - collecting me from hospital, ensuring I had everything I needed and transporting us to the bus stop when we headed off to...

Stayed here for one night and received the best and friendliest service I've had from any hotel thus far! We were prepared to walk to the museum, but were offered a ride in a car to the museusm by the staff. They are also very helpful, and speak good English as well. Really enjoyed my stay here and wish that...

I spent a weekend in Kuching and had a great time at the Batik Boutique Hotel. My room was comfortable and spacious with a wonderful bath tub! The hotel is conveniently located within the city. But the best part of my stay was the wonderful staff. They welcomed me as a friend, helping me arrange sightseeing, personally showing me around...

We spent only two nights in this cosy hotel and felt very welcomed. It is strategically located in the city area and our room was quiet and the comfortable bed provided peaceful rest after a long day. The room was spacious and carefully equipped with care. The hotel had just upgraded their wifi so it was very fast although it...

If you're looking for a place which fits the criteria above there's no better place in Kuching than the Batik Boutique. I really don't want to hype it too much because it's a small establishment and I may never be able to book to stay there again. Jackie and her staff embody the spirit of Sarawakian hospitality. Take time to...

At one time, this conveniently located and charming hotel had everything going for it. The owner invested a lot on good design, training her staff in customer care and establishing a fair degree of luxury. When boutique hotels were not commonplace and people's expectations were less demanding, Batik Boutique must have shone like a jewel in the city's lacklustre crown....

I came in August for business trip and stayed for 2 nights in Batik Boutique Hotel. The location is good, it's near to the attractions of Kuching, about 5 minutes walking distance to the Waterfront and eateries. Located at heart of Kuching, you don't have to worry about the food. For breakfast, they served Western style breakfast, therefore if you...

We stayed here for about 5 nights on and off whilst travelling around Sarawak and what makes this place so special is the friendly, helpful staff. They helped me in all aspects from booking trips to running us around and storing our bags. They were great! The rooms are fine and the beds comfy. The breakfast and bar choices could...
