After reading all the reviews in different websites, I didn't think I was that unlucky but I was wrong! I thought the resort will be more thoughtful in allocating rooms for 3 nights stay but again I was wrong. Due to the Lunar Chinese New Year, there were lots of local staying there as well due to the limited beach...

It's an old resort, but generally well maintained. It's time to replace the mattresses. The restaurant food and price are reasonable. I like the breakfast buffet. It's a nice place for a short getaway for family or couples.

I grew up in Kuching so I frequent this resort since a long time ago. Not visiting this place for so many years after moving to Kuala Lumpur; I was in awe that being back here, the resort was as beautiful as what I remembered it by and maybe more. It looked like a 4-5 stars resort. We stayed in...

Was given a 1 night stay voucher for here by a friend who couldn't use it, it was for a room in the Baruk Suite (not something I could usually afford). The room was lovely and very spacious with a superb view over the ocean. There was a shuttle bus to take you too and from reception/cafés/beach etc as the...

The resort was nicely maintained & rather clean. Cafe Satang staff was friendly & accomodating. However, check in rather slow - took about 5 - 8 mins per customer - maybe it was due to the CNY season. You will need to step on big rocks and stones before going down to the beach. If you wish to have dinner,...

Spent my lunar new year escape here with my family just recently and it was indeed a pleasant surprise that the management actually took initiatives to improve the security of the whole establishment. With this, we get less non-guests using the facilities such as the swim pools for both the main area and hilltop. And this will also definitely give...

We stayed in a semi private hut with a beachfront view. The setting was beautiful, with the beach in front and the mountain at the back. Great place for a romantic getaway, but unfortunately the rooms were very dated and in need of some love and care. The shower rail and one of the power points was loose, the TV...

I was worried after reading some reviews here about the conditions of the rooms, however, the hotel staff impressed us and made our stay here absolutely AMAZING. 1. Forget western resorts, you are in Borneo and this is very distant from a big city. Expect imperfections. 2. That means internet is not very good, because they rely on the telecoms...

The resort location is wonderful however the facilities are getting worn. Staff makes up for the terrible condition of the hotel room. The room itself is clean but in dire need of refurbishment considering the popularity of this resort with families. Talking about families, the management must consider limiting the amount of people staying in per room. During my stay,...
