Been sometime since we dropped in at De Palma Cafe at SACC Mall Shah Alam and when we did (on Thaipusam day), it was a pleasant surprise. The place has received a facelift, from the rather drab restaurant into an exciting white diner. The inviting decor aside, the menu was also substantially altered with pics of chefs and their recommended...

The picture was so amazing and the price is quite high. Suitable with the picture given. But everything turned out so bad. With crack and dirty ceilings. No hot water. The air conditioner not working properly. Everything was disappointing me. Maybe I could give a good rating just for the car park. 😭😭😭

It's qet quite confusing, hotel lobby and reception lobby is separated. Small pool. Reception not helping at all and very bad. Doing...

everything about this hotel is very poor. I do not wish to elaborate as I think the management is not concern at all in addressing the guest feedbacks. I have booked a prepaid room but the staff insisted that I have not paid and charged my credit card again!!

This hotel is old, faded, decrepit and crumbling and I don't mean that in a good way. Paint was peeling from the walls. The toilets looked like they haven't been scrubbed in ages. The wifi was not working properly. Also while palatable, the food there seems to be using very cheap ingredients. On a plus note, there's sufficient parking. You...
