Nice and clean room. Spacious room with clean toilet especially with kids. Near the beach and restaurants. Just 4 minutes walk to a popular Mee Champa joint. Swimming pool well maintaned but the slide is quite high for small kids.

We actually overshoot the mark when we were looking for this hotel as the signboard was somehow not clear or missing. The design of this resort is chalet type and the interior design of the room is charming. It also have a nice bathroom. We were unlucky as the hotel swimming pool was under maintenance when we were there. It...

we only stayed over night on our way to Tengol island, but our impression was, that something which has been set up 10+ years ago is being kept in its increasingly poor state without any spirit of improvement. The room was originally nice, but facilities like toilet flush or water taps were broken + rusty. Do no open a blind,...

Easy to reach from KL with new East Coast highway now open. Here the pleasantries end, Stayed for 2 nights. No internet in room, TV dreadful, reception, pool under reconstruction although did not see any activity in 3 days. Good news is plenty of nice restaurants nearby

The stay was OK. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Standard rooms. Roomy, clean and very comfortable. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was a hit with the kids. On the downside, there's no handrail for the steps leading up to the room and for the jacuzzi. So my elderly parent had slight difficulty getting to...

My 2nd time here. Comfort in bedroom and bathroom is above average. Chalet interior has Bali-style feeling. Breakfast buffet and egg station is very poor in taste, need a lot of improvement. Too bad the swimming pool is closed right now. Overall is a good place to stay for a night.

We stayed for one night while traveling around Malaysia and stopped by without reservation. Very kind staff, they immediately got that we were tiered and hungry and did their best to take us to the room as soon as possible. The room was a cozy bungalow with an amazing bathroom where you could open the windows and face a small...

Rooms are comfortable with an attractive bathroom and bath tub with Jacuzzi .. interesting .. little-noise environment as closely room and a place to walk close to the room .. no wifi line. not good if there are no facilities on holiday to facilitate the visitors .. good service.

“All of the rooms are good we picked one with two single beds as the queen was too small for our taste...this worked for us.”

“I do not recommend this hotel if you are traveling with the elderly - the sunken bath is a problem and there are no handrails. Watch out for the slippery path when it rains. You literally get the view of the sea from the lobby - not much porter service and its a lot of DIY- just take this place as it is and ask for help if you need to. Be aware that Dungun is very much a sleepy hollow where things move slowly so do not get frustrated with the local staff - their friendliness and willingness to help makes up for it.”
