I arrived to the hotel after a long and humid bus journey alone, during which I'd been fairly ill. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. My room was spacious and clean equipped with everything one would need. I enjoyed surfing on the local beach, amazing sunsets and some...

The Wi-Fi is amazing and very strong. The bathroom was small and it was impossible to shower without getting everything wet. The room is fine, quite large, some have tiny balconies which is nice. Staff are friendly and breakfast was good.

With a location in walking distance to the beach and medina but not too close to all the busy noise, it's in an ideal location, staff are friendly and helpful, price is good and the rooms aren't luxurious but they're nice tidy clean and everything you need in the windy kite surfing city. Would stay again.

Spent a long weekend here for our anniversary, bit out of the main town but not far from the beach. Nice breakfast, friendly service, clean rooms with fantastic towel origami by cleaners would book again, highly recommended

Stayed for a week at the Al-Jasira. Delightful hotel. We were welcomed warmly on our arrival. Our rooms were on the third floor overlooking the pool. So we got the sun on the balcony most of the day. I had a twin room to myself which was great as I imagine it would've been a little cramped with 2 people....

Very relaxing, pleasant visit.Staff couldn't do enough for us. Room very comfortable and very good value. Unexpected extra touches like fresh flowers in room, impressive and attractive towel sculptures to surprise us every day. Very handy for the beach and a pleasant stroll from the medina.

This is located nearest to the beautiful and free long public beach also walking distance to the CTM buses. I liked that they located not near to the madina area. My room was very clean and large enough with fridge but no A/C. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK. There was an not heated small pool. wi-fi was...

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay - our room was comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and we had a poolside room with small balcony. It was only a cheap taxi ride to the town centre or a walk if you like along the beach....

I visited this hotel with my 9 year old daughter, very hot room with no air conditioning was unable to have the room windows open as on a main walk way! The food was a one menu option with nothing to offer children! Offering a fried seafood platter is not for everyone! I am sad to say this is not...
