This Riad was lovely and very conveniently located on one of the main streets, inside is beautifully decorated with plenty of space and a nice roof terrace though sadly there is no view. We had booked into the smallest (cheapest) room but as there were space we were moved into a larger room after a few days which was better...

This riad is genuinely lovely, it's just changed hands and I hope they don't change much because I would like to visit again, the only problem is that the toilet is open to the entire room which has acoustics enough to let everyone hear you should you have an upset stomach or just wind. Also the shower needs a curtain...

Thais is great hostess, her Riad is stunning and in a lovely location of the Medina. Can only HIGHLY recommend! The kitchen provides all necessary, the lounge area with the fireplace is an excellent gatheringpoint. The terrace has a beautiful view of the busy street below, and don't forget the hammam - complete privacy :) Thank you Thais - warm...

This Riad was great value, great location and a great place to stay. Both Thais and Monika were really helpful with enquiries that we had and recommended places to eat. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms and communal areas were all incredibly clean. The standard room was on the smaller side but was plenty big enough for us and our...

Lovely riad, the owner has clearly taken a lot of time and thought into the decor keeping traditional moroccan style with a slightly modern twist. Very welcoming nothing was too much trouble and in a way felt like a home from home. Have to mention the cook come house keeper she was excellent, lovely breakfasts and excellent tea! I would...

Nice Riad, good breakfast, friendly staff, very nice hammam treatment. The only downpoint was an annoying french couple with their children. Monika is a very friendly host and she knows a lot of good places to go in Essaouira.

“if you have a room with a window facing onto the street (instead of the inner courtyard) you can expect some nighttime noise (e.g. soccer games and social gatherings until midnight), so you may want to choose your room facing inward if you have a problem with noise. It didn't bother us.”
