I stayed here for a conference I was organising. From the start, the liaison with the hotel was fantastic - very prompt, answered all questions. Once there, this continued. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. The good was great. The pool and garden were lovely. Great location and the technical equipment company was based...

While in Swakopmund we stayed at the centrally located hotel. Classic style facility, nice size rooms and attentive service. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were above average. Some traditional and some Namibian fare. Would opt to choose this hotel if once again in Swakopund.

This place has a few good things going for it. The rooms were large and clean, but are a bit dated. The hotel overall could do with an upgrade, but for the price and location it's fine. The included breakfast buffet was decent as well. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Staff were very friendly. The wifi worked well.It has a...

Not our first choice - the more boutiquey hotels were full (it was Christmas) - but we were very pleasantly surprised. Well-located, the hotel is one of the most historic buildings in Swakopmund and the clean, comfy and quiet bedroom looked out over an exotic inner garden with large pool/fountain. Particularly memorable was the excellent breakfast. What's more, the staff...

Having stayed here over 10 years ago there is definitely room to upgrade and most importantly become a lot more customer focused. Based on the amount charged to stay here definite need to jack up on room service and service at the Bar. Breakfast was adequate with a thumbs up for the Brioche!

Rooms in this hotel (the former Swakopmund Station) are spacious and look out on the central court. Reception and service are good. In the rooms there is a small fridge and an electronic safe. Wifi is available but limited to 500 MB per day. If you have spent your quota you can ask to prolong your connection at the reception...

Sorry we could not stay here in this impressive former railway station, as we had been booked elsewhere by our tour company. As a railway enthusiast it was a must visit place. Although we were not guests, we were given a warm welcome and invited to look around. The pictures around the wall were fascinating, and there was a 1997...

We stayed here for a conference, for three nights. On arrival there was plenty of parking, outside, in front of the hotel. Check in was efficient and friendly. We had two very nice and clean rooms, with balconies, over looking the pool area situated in the centre of the hotel. On the first evening, we ate as a family in...

A ripper Hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Very nice rooms and facilities with an excellent restaurant. An ideal base from which to launch the various tours but recommend the beach drive or aerial scenic over the ship wrecks.

Now I have to mention that I couldn't find the exact title of the hotel because there are a few that say Swakopmund Hotel. The hotel I'm writing about is called "Swakopmund Hotel & Entertainment Centre. This hotel is gorgeous! It has a huge beautiful lobby. We were greeted with a juice drink and hot towel. There's a little souvenir...
