Established at the end of 1999, Sea Breeze Guesthouse is situated in Vineta, in the northern part of Swakopmund, a mere ten minutes drive from the town centre. The ocean can be reached in a few minutes walk. Accommodation comprises of triple, double and single rooms, all with en-suite bathroom, as well as self-catering units, which can accommodate up to five people, with kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. We can accommodate disabled people with wheelchairs. Our facility includes laundry service, secure parking, free internet and Wi-Fi. We can assist and advise about the activities in and around Swakopmund and we are more than willing to book it for you. We will discuss and book your dinner reservation when you arrive at Sea Breeze. Sea Breeze Guesthouse is a family business and your needs is our concern. We are always happy to spend time with our guests, providing information about the coast and – more in general – about Namibia.

We had a great experience at SeaBreeze Guesthouse. The owners were very enthusiastic and kind to us and they even allowed us to cook a meal in their very own kitchen one day we really needed to have access to a kitchen.

- Very friendly staff - Clean & nice room - Good location I forgot my watch, but when I reached my next destination, the staff of Sea Breeze, already reached out to the location where I was and informed them that they found my diving watch. They sent it to the car rental location in Windhoek, where I was able to pick it up a few days later. Thanks a lot for that!

Seabreeze is such a nice place to stay, it really is the best you can find! The place is family owned and all of them are so friendly and warm hearted people! You feel so at home, they take care of you like you would of your family! Organizing trips or giving recommendations for restaurants, they do it all for you. The place has a huge parking lot and you can also plug in your car for electricity. Everything is new, modern and super clean! We had a very nice stay and would come back every time! Thanks for the support you guys!

Had the pleasure of over nighting recently! Easy to see why this Guest House is so highly rated. Everything from booking, to paying and email communication with the Manager was a pleasure. Conveniently located in a quiet area but close to where you need to go. superb We were very well received; cordiality, many useful information about the surroundings and great friendliness of the hostess. The room was very clean, very nicely decorated, very comfortable. We were staying for 2 days at Swakopmund, and the guest was so kind to us. They booked for us a journey in catamaran and 4x4 and it was amazing. There was a lot of space in the room and the bathroom was really large. Due to covid, restaurants were closed, but we were allowed to use the dining room to take away food. They help us with our camera that was out of battery, and find a way to fix that. We truly recommand this guesthouse.

We were welcomed by the owners of the place, who were really nice and helpful people, giving us great deal of good advices, especially on where to eat out! The guesthouse is well located.
