Upon booking online, expected time of arrival was asked which we notified on the online booking. When we arrived in the morning of our booking, we were told that the room was not ready yet. We fully understand that check-in times are from 2pm, but why ask a time when the room will not be ready. As we came from Windhoek and needed to unpack our car for our other activities, there were no facilities for us to store our baggage and we were told that we can leave it just in the front reception to which I was not comfortable doing as there does not seem to be any security. I was also told that check-in times are ONLY from 2pm "boet" which I found very disrespecting towards a client. Me and my fiancee spend the whole day out and when we returned, we found that it was two single beds in stead of a double bed as the picture I saw and according to the booking I made. We decided to put the two beds together and found the floor to be very dirty with sweets wrappers even on the floor, which leaves the question if the shower is even cleaned properly? Our towles were in shocking condition and unraveling at the ends. The noise levels also continued past 12am in the morning with doors opening and closing constantly. We went to complain at 11pm but there was no-one at reception or an emergency number. Also when we got back to our room, we could not find the wifi password anywhere. It was a real dissapointment for us especially the way we were treated when we arrived. I would not recommend this to someone else as the money spent per night was not worth it at all, I would rather next time spend a little bit more money if needed and stay at a better place. …

Being a family of 5, we could stay here at a very affordable price. Comfortable beds, nice small kitchen with all the necessary equipment. We had an overall good stay, friendly staff and service. Keep it up.

We booked in advance online for our accommodation at Lagoon Chalets and arrived there in the late afternoon after a very long 8 hour trip, exhausted. We were checked in quickly and efficiently and then taken to our allotted accommodation. The rooms were clean and tidy, well appointed and the whole setup was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. I can recommend this establishment as being good value for money and its close to all amenities in Walvis Bay

Really friendly receptions staff and perfect budget accommodation for a family/group. We stayed for a couple days as a break between camping legs on our tour - The wash machines were a boon and the location was perfect for us.

The room was cozy and user friendly. It was home away from home. The reception was welcoming and it was easier to go in and out of the complex. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is ready for use. The fridge was also working and clean

Bathroom nice and big,wonderful piping hot water, very good, however a wooden or rubber footmat on the floor by the shower would be adviseable.As the bathroom is big a small low table inside would be nice for our vanity cases ect. Thank you!

Our netball team stayed at the Lagoon Chalets for two nights. The overnight room was great, and the chalets too! Clean, neat, stocked with everything you need, safe parking and good beds. :) The restaurant provides a wide selection of menu items and the service was great! Well priced too!
