Stayed for only a few hours while waiting for my flight out of Port Harcourt. However, I was happy I was not to spend a night sleeping in my room, which had a strong smell of mould coming from the infested air conditioning vent. The filthy carpet was also in need of renewal and cleanliness of the bathroom had room...

I stayed at the Novotel for 2 weeks whilst on business in PH between the 17th and 29th July 2015. This hotel does exactly what it says on the web. Security is good with a double entry gate into a high walled compound, reception also has the compulsory Nigerian metal detector. Staff in reception, the bar & the restaurant are...

The Novotel is one of the few European level hotels in Port Harcourt. It could be cleaner but it is adequate. The service could be friendlier but it is adequate. The food could use some variety but you won't starve.

The Novotel in PH is probably the worst hotel I have stayed at in a while. The hotel is dingy and stale in need of renovation. The mattreses are old and the pillow so lumpy that I decided to rest my head on some towels. To make matters worse they still use disgusting looking shower curtains ...The list is endless...

I travel around the country a lot and I have stayed in several good and fairly good hotels. The service at Novotel is really bad. The access card keeps malfunctioning, power goes off every 5minutes, staff aren't very helpful and cold. Absolutely nothing is complimentary. You get better value for your money is cheaper hotels elsewhere.

This hotel provides a decent service, its comfortable, its clean and its relatively secure. The rooms are average and the internet is intermittent. The food is tasty and fulfilling no complaints from me on this. It has a bar which has a cold beer on tap an bottle beer in the fridges which were inexpensive. Dont expect Luxury this is...

This hotel is good for business trips. If you have a business meeting and you want a decent and quiet place. This is the place to be. It's located in the heart of the town. It's located along Aba Express way, which traffic is not a problem unlike other locations in port Harcourt.

The hotel is going through a renovation stage and every time I visit the hotel something new and improved is available. Its a joy to see the transformation and I cant wait to see the full finished product. Staff are very friendly and the food selection is also very adequate for such a business hotel. WiFi did drop regularly but...
