We stayed in one of the eco-tents which was surprisingly well equipped. Dinner and breakfast are OK, although there is a lack of atmosphere in the restaurant. Main reason for our stay was the turtle resort. We went in the evening. Although there were many participants/groups and…
You don't really come here for the accommodation, you come for the chance to spot turtles laying eggs on the beach and babies hatching - and this really is magical, with guides to ensure the animals are safe and undisturbed while still enabling you to watch this amazing sight.…
Peak season is August. Visited in February the low season but still turtles laying eggs. Hotel is basic but well positioned. Short walk to the beach. Best viewing in the morning, before sunrise. Not many people present and the sun came up as the turtles were returning to the sea.
A beautiful location with a unique experience for guests. Turtles were awesome, highly recommend staying around for the museum the morning after to meet any baby turtles that were found lost on the beach from the night before.
