I stayed in Boquete for 7 nights, after an adventurous trip through Peru. I wanted to relax and soak in the birds chirping, the perfect temperatures and small town feel. I looked at every place in Boquete (on TripAdvisor) and discovered this place because the largest room had a full kitchen. I like to cook using local ingredients, when that...

I try to be a budget traveler and get the best value. This was budget but no value. Buggy ancient rooms. No amenities. It is within walking distance to town. The rooms are not clean and the bathroom needs a remodel - 20 years ago. The owners elderly mother tries to attend to guests, but is not able to. Owners...

What a gem this place is. It has about six rooms. We had one with a small kitchenette as we wanted to be able to prepare simple meals, mostly breakfast. The kitchen had a four burner gas stove with oven, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker There was plenty of space for us in the room. Nieves was at home...

Nieves and her family run this small compound of stonework cottages. They live in the first house and her mother delivers breakfast in the morning at the time of your choosing. There is hot water and we had internet in our room, Apartamento "Surprise," which is the king suite. We booked for a smaller less expensive room and they upgraded...

One of the owners (the daughter) was in the hospital awaiting surgery. However, her mother made my stay exquisite. She greeted me in a very professional manner. She had a beautiful voice and I wanted her to sing for me and I knew from that point that I would love my stay. I walked downtown a couple of times (...

Ildelisa told us "welcome to your second home," and completely lived up to it. She chatted us up with hilarious stories every day, brought us excellent pancakes, fruit, orange juice, and coffee every morning, and we wished we could have taken her home with us. Nieves made a call to a friend in the area to arrange a coffee tour...

What can I say, the owners are just lovely, very respectable and caring people who will always help you in anything you need, but really in anything. They will always look up for your comfort. I suffer of allergies and when they knew about it they even took out a machine that purifies closed environments, in the end we didn't...

We arrived in Boquete slightly stressed and frazzled after my partner had suffered a back injury. Nieves and her mum provided us with a home from home and were wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for these wonderful women, who went as far as to book us an appt with a local chiropractor (on a Sunday!), make ice packs...

Very clean, comfortable, safe. Nieves and her mother are very hospitable and make you feel at home. In retrospect, as a solo traveler, a hostel or somewhere closer to the "city center" would have been a bit better for social purposes. That said, it is very close to everything and easily walkable to whatever activity/restaurant/etc you want to visit. Breakfast...

We stayed here for 6 days. We really enjoyed it. Our room had a little mini-kitchen: mini-fridge, 2 hot plates, and microwave. The room was simple but comfortable. Although, the bed could use some help – not very comfortable. The bathroom was great with nice hot shower. Cable TV with a couple English channels. The biggest advantage of Valle Primavera...

“You just look up booking.com and they'll show you the quantity of people that may stay per room, you'll also see pictures. Another option is to write to the owner she'll tell you everything you need to know. All rooms are fine. There's no A/C because the place is very fresh, it's highland.”
