The view and sound of the ocean is wonderful. The staff is accommodating and friendly. We had the first floor, which gives you a walk out patio, which I loved. The room was clean. The mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and a decent size. Wifi was functional, but a tad spotty. room 506.

We had a 3 week holiday in Panama and without a doubt Las Olas gave us the best experience of our trip. At night, from our beach facing room, we watched the sky come alive with pink lightening. In the morning we would sit on the balcony watching pelicans skim across the waves. During the day there were endless walks,... More

Having to stay 2 nights before returning to us, I felt totally isolated and bored at this place, they seem to be prepared to please a whole crowd but noticed only one or two other guests at a given time during my stay. The whole place looks decaying, yeah, its under renovation, but i would have liked to know before... More

Having lived in Boquete for a year, I have no idea what took us so long to discover Las Olas Beach Resort! We enjoyed the pleasant drive over and then we were so happy to find such a delightful hotel in a pretty setting. The warm reception that we received from Donna, the owner, made us feel like royalty! We had a wonderful, peaceful 8 night stay at Las Olas Resort in June. This is a beautiful, large property with lovely grounds, pool large and beach. It is a close drive from David and I’d recommend staying at Las Olas versus the loud, crowded city. The rooms are large and comfortable, but they do need some updating which the... More

From being assisted before I even arrived to my reluctant exit back to the "world," the owners and staff at this lovely resort provided me with a perfect respite. The sound of las olas (the waves) soothed the savage beast that had begun to crowd its way into my life. The food was delicious and I was dreaming about what... More

After a 4 day real estate search in Boquete, Las Olas Beach Resort was a welcome find ! We were so glad to be able to relax poolside or by the "Pacific" (las olas translates to "the waves") and we enjoyed walks along the empty beach. The two pools were pristine and an added relaxation offering was the well stocked... More

What a Big Disappointment! First, the good: The black sand beach was nice & the pool & bar was nice also. The restaurant at the resort was good! Now the Bad: The room was so out of date & looked like a budget motel room, bathroom was small & old & the bedding must have been from the 80's. The... More

I have stayed at Las Olas Resort many times over the past few years and with the new Manager and Chef this last visit was one of my favorites! The service was fantastic and the food amazing.
