My spouse and I stayed 5 nights. The room was in front on 2nd floor next to conference room. It was noisy, but mostly from external sources -- dog barking, horns, etc. One evening there was a meeting next door and it did not end until 11pm, so there was internal noise then. The room was spacious and clean, and... More

Only stayed 1 night - which was too much. The hotel's hallways are LOUD, we had a schollclass roaming about the hotel and NOBODY of the staff nor of the teachers made a stop to this terror! Even in the restaurant they raomed and only after I myself really raised my voice LOUD for some tranquility to be able to... More

Found insects in the room, tables and bed! Asked for a smoothie and I found a piece of plastic inside! No knife to spread marmalade on toast and no napkins. Thin walls, could hear people coughing and clearing their through. Stay two nights and move to a different place where we finish our vacation happy! A dissatisfied guest!

The hotel is on a quiet side street close to a busy area. No nearby restaurants but there's a Metro Store a few blocks away for snacks and necessaries. The WiFi , and the cable TV, went kaput while I was there. No one seemed authorized to call a repair person even tho it affected front desk services like credit... More

Stayed here for 2 weeks, it was like a second home! The staff was really kind, the room was everyday perfectly cleaned, the laundry service was fast, and the food at the restaurant was excellent! It's in a residential area, very quiet and safe, and the taxis are so low priced you can surely get one every time you want... More

This is a nice hotel, but the rooms are around a stairwell. So you can hear the guests going up and down the stairwell. The stairs are not child safe at all. Also there is no elevator in the hotel, so accessibility is an issue. The walls are thin, so you can hear the other guests clear thier throat. The... More

Beautiful small hotel in Chiclayo - very nice small restaurant - wonderful staff - best service by far of any place I stayed while in Peru. Extremely clean - bathrooms were actually of a size that even worked for me and I am 6'4" tall - rare in Peru I found for sure. If you are going to Chiclayo -... More
