Location is nice, on the lake with nice views of the lake. It is a few minutes out of the city center, although taxis are easy and safe to get. Room was very clean and nice, though showers temded to fluctuate wildly in temperature. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, not a bad range. Dinner was excellent....

This is a really beautiful hotel. I had a lake view room which was large and very comfortable. Excellent selection for breakfast. On the negative side, it was very isolated and not in walking distance of the centre, so I did not see anything of Puno. Stayed two nights here to visit Lake Titicaca which was another great visit!

Casa Andina Private Collection in Puno was probably the least memorable hotel among four Casa Andina 4-stars hotels we stayed during our trip to Peru. The room was clean, pretty quiet and rather big. We stayed on the second floor very close to reception. I guess it was a reason why we had WI-FI in our room. We liked the...

We stayed 2 nights. Hotel is situated outside of town on the lake with it's own boat dock where you can schedule to be picked up and go to the various islands on the lake. The restaurant was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable with great views - A great place to acclimate.

The crispness of the linen was beautiful to slide into at night and the standard of cleanliness was exemplary in our room. We didn't hear any trains although our room was facing the road. Yes the bath nozzle and plug were fiddly and cumbersome and it took us ages to work it out but the shower was hot and felt...

This is a nice looking hotel both from the inside and out. We had a big room overlooking the lake. Good amenities, large comfy bed, table and chair, tea/coffee making facilities, safe and good lighting. Nice bathroom with a shower over the bath but function of the controls was a bit iffy. The usual toiletries provided, also bathrobes and slippers....

The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the Lake. My room had two enormous double beds in it, which were extremely comfortable and welcome after a long journey. The en suite also had everything I needed with plenty of hot water, which is a must. I did not have a room with a lake view, but frankly I only...

This hotel is a few minutes away from the town and situated on the lake shore. We did not fancy the walk into town through a non tourist area but the taxi ride was only 7-8 soles. We had a lake view room that was comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the barman less so. The restaurant...

I usually write reviews when I get home and only good ones, but I find myself so frustrated that I have to write a review now WHILE IN THE LOBBY. Grievances: 1) When checking in my party had to dig up a confirmation email from the hotel to verify the rate. Don't they know how much they charge? 2) The...

1970's design style in a very nice location on the lake but a 15 minute taxi ride from Puno town. Old fashioned rooms; old fashioned furnishings.Looks tired and in need of a rebuild. No option to provide outside air in the room I was in (207) except by opening balcony door (no insect protection; security issue as easily accessible from...
