I thought I had a good idea of what I was getting after doing some research, but seeing it in person was even more disappointing. The people who have given it such good reviews must have stayed at a different place – I literally have nothing good to say. From check-in to checkout, the concept of customer service was non-existent....

My husband and I stayed here the night before our daughter's graduation from Syracuse (hotels near the college were outrageously priced) and we were quite pleased. Upon arrival there was a wine tasting and an assortment of cheeses and finger foods (much appreciated after a long drive). They also had a handy list of all the local restaurants and the...

I been staying at this property for 10 years+, and I am dark skinned. The staff has always been very accommodating, gracious and gone above and beyond. I looked at the website for the hotel property, and I see right on it, it states you must be " 21 years or older" to rent a room. Also I book through...

I work at another local hotel. I received guests who had been turned away the night of April 25th. They booked through Booking.com. They looked young, but provided I.d. They were both over 18. They looked like hippies, but were non smokers. I asked why the receptionist turned them away. Guests said "because we weren't 21". I checked them into...

Centrally located to get to any part of Auburn quickly. Rooms are a bit small, breakfast is a small buffet style that is well done. All premium channels were free on the TV. This was great for me as I could relax at night and always watch a great movie. Staff was friendly.

The outside is very deceiving to what the inside holds. While the outside looks so good you'd think you're staying at a brand new hotel the inside is telling a different story. The hotel is just average. The rooms are showing their age and furniture is beat up but clean. The beds are very firm so this is something to...

I think everything was nice Except, the size of the room. Very small, Breakfast was very good, lots of choices to choose from. And I love the cleanliness. Everyone was very friendly from the start. I would stay there again. the area was also very nice.

The hotel is easy enough to get to, there is ample parking and always coffee and lemonade in the lobby. The room was clean and rather regular. The breakfast is basic, cold cereal, bread, juice, some yogurt and canned fruit nonetheless it was included and did the job. No fridge in the room

I have stayed at this hotel many times to visit family in the area. I enjoy the ability to get a restful night, the breakfast and coffee in the lobby. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for seeing family and finding adventures and historical locations in the area.

We had a "suite" room due to having our small dog with us and felt we might be more comfortable in one with more room. The bed was very comfortable but I'm not sure it was a queen size, it seemed small to us. The whole room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay, had some snacks at...
