Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not a good place for a family stay or for friends. Rude staff, that hasn't been trained. This place smells like cigarette fumes like a bar on happy hours pre - ban days in Makati. This place is just for a quick stop, no less, whatever business that may be.

Stay here 2 night before departure from Manila. Check as usual nothing much because already book earlier in Airasiago. Room 904 worst nightmare once enter its look like idle kind of room no one use. check power points all broken and fix by stick by tape. worst is the washroom were worst then public toilet. They re-plaster on top of Tiles in the washroom.Straightway went and complain to the person and she follow me back to room to check and she said everything good. After argue about the bathroom she show other room is 702 .Room was ok clean and washroom was good even tho had same power socket problem. Because of hot weather not used hot water on that day morning notice hot water heater not work. Morning complain about evening two technician check it and had some problem will back later to fix it and till next day no one repair it had to bath with cold water. when the time check out complain about it and she not bother about it .Not only that in 2 day stay my full got inches where feel from first day stay.

Spent so many times in this place. Its cheap, comfortable and clean. It is near the Night Life Area of Makati as well as the offices of Makati Business Area. The price is right in this place. The staff are accommodating and are eager to help you the best they could.

This was good enough for the price, but I still think I could get a better ambiance from other hotel/condo with the same rate. I don't remember if there was wifi, if there was, well it was slow I'm sure. The amenities needs update. There was only one electric charging port.

Noisy, dirty, few lights and several broken bulbs, disgusting toilette and the bed full of marks. It's more a tourist trap, also because expensive for what they offer. The only positive value is the staff, very kind and helpful but the structure is bad. The location is interesting, but there are so many hotels, hard to believe at the same low level.

Rooms are ok, someone has tried to keep up a good reputation for this hotel but is showing a lot of signs of it's age lifts have a few problems quite regularly it seems the main advantage is that it's right in the middle of the nightlife area, the single man's night life area" reasonable prices, clean room friendly staff.

Good location to get access to P Burgos, everything else well. The rooms are dirty, wall paper peeling, unkempt and generally in dis order. At the end of your stay the management will inform you you haven't paid your bill which you arranged online. You check your bank account and realise even though you. Entered your credit card details they never charged you and now you must pay for your bill with overseas charges or by cash. Disappointing.
