My experience in Hilton Manila was the best one before I leave the Philippines. I was delighted because Hilton Manila hosted me plus all the meals included in their four restaurants. And my favorite one is the Kusina Sea Kitchens. The foods there are just mouthwatering (some of my favorites are their Kare-Kare, Sinigang na Salmon belly, and Lechon). If you've been abroad for a long time and craving for some Filipino food, this is the best restaurant to visit. The good thing is that you don't need to stay at the hotel to have a taste at this Philippine delicacies.

And the room that my siblings and I stayed in is luxurious and offers a high level of comforts. We stayed in an Executive room with pool view and balcony, and it has access to the executive lounge. The atmosphere in our room is just perfect for us to relax and feel the Philippine vibe before my flight. The bathroom in our room also features a rain shower and a free-standing bathtub. How luxurious! They also have a Vega Pool Club if you enjoy partying (it's available every Friday and Saturday).

I would also like to thank the fantastic services of Rhea of the Executive Lounge, Ceejay & Gener of Kusina Restaurant, Lloyd the bellman, and Jean, the Kusina Concierge. They made my Hilton Manila experience extra special because of their excellent assistance and hospitality! Superb service!

Hilton Manila is the ideal place to stay in for people seeking comfort, Philippine hospitality, and convenience since it's near NAIA Terminal 3 and offers free shuttle service! Highly recommended!

Its our 1st staycation in a hotel since pandemic hits Ph and im really impressed how Hilton Manila manage everything to make sure everyone is safe while enjoying this top notched property. This is my 3rd time in this hotel and as a Hilton Honors Member, im always impressed how the management make things right for all their guest.

During this time, safety of each everyone is a must thats why before they process your reservation, you need to have a negative result from covid19. Their concierge will definitely assist you specially their Team Leader, Paolo. From the time that we step up inside, he immediately offer his assistance. He is really a proactive team member and one of the asset of Hilton Manila.

While waiting for our result, Rap from the reception escort us to the waiting room. They served comp bottled water, some cookies and providing comp wifi. After 20minutes seating in that area, Rap approach us and informed us that the result is negative and he can process the checkin. Checkin is fast and i really appreciate his act of kindness when he founds out that my girlfriend and i have a special occasion to celebrate. Upon entering the room, there is some cute balloons and slice of cake with some wording.

We find time to enjoy cocktail at the temporary lounge. We met Madz who assist me in all my queries regarding some restaurants im looking for our dinner. I think shes the only one working that time coz aside from concierge services, shes also the server who serves us with a delicious Japanese bento that evening with two glasses of wine. She’s so nice, friendly and professional. Hilton Manila should be proud of her.

For our breakfast at kusina, we met few people that makes us feel special. Sa from the restaurant reception who welcome and escort us in our designated table. Aj from the bar who make some special juice for me and Nicson which i believe their team leader whose keep on checking on our needs and assuring that everything is in place. I would like to commend the chefs for being nice and polite. The restaurant set-up is really nice despite of the situation.

Pool and gym is always superb. Whenever someone ask me about Hilton Manila’s pool, i always tell them that its one of the best pool for recreation in the city. Spacious, clean, cozy plus a live DJ at the evening. Gym is great for a quick pump!

Overall, i didn’t feel that we are on a pandemic now during my stay. Hilton Manila did a really great job making this property safe yet properly functional without compromising anyone. I will still keep on coming back to this property and keep recommending to my family and friends coz i know, this place will definitely leave a memorable experience for each and everyone .

And one more thing, team members really make this property one of the best in the city. Hospitality is always on point! Well done Hilton Manila and see you soon!

We had a nice stay in the Hilton Manila, actually we were there twice in about 10 days for a night each time. We had booked thinking it was walkable to T3. While technically that may be true, that's not really doable with luggage, you end up in a shuttle bus or a taxi. Taxi ride to the skyway is only a few minutes and cheap by taxi, 100 or so PHP, recommend that for most people. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. One thing which I think could be improved upon: The pool bar is shared between the Hilton and Sheraton, the Sheraton is under renovation and as a result there is an insanely loud white noise generator of some sort (likely compressor) running 24x7 which makes the whole pool area annoying to hang out in, can't imagine pool staff/bartenders being happy there. All in all we would happily return if in Manila for a night.

we checked in recently, recently as in yesterday. we requested for a late check out because we got in around 8pm. the front office can’t extend it to 1 and said we need to check out by 1230. we were just asking for 30 minutes and they can’t give it and by the way the check in here is 3pm i don’t know why they need two whole hours to clean the small room. it’s just so disappointing that they can’t give the extra 30 minutes and even threatened us that if we exceed the 12:30 we will be charged 1,000 per hour. for a new hotel your service sucks.

Its disappointing to read that you have judged the hotels service performance based solely on the check out time you agreed to at the time of purchase as appose to any aspect of your interaction with the Team. As we view it, customer service relates to our Team delivering on our brand promise whilst upholding the policies that customer agrees to at the time of purchase. With this in mind, I am confident our record of exceptional customer service is in tact. We are generally very flexible on late check out requests, as long as such request do not impinge on the committed check in time for incoming guests. It is note worthy that you checked in much earlier than stated when you called to inquire about a later check out. The Team extended your check out time until 12:30 pm given the demand on all rooms of the type you occupied from an incoming group the next day, but suggested you call again the following day. Notably there was not further call from your room on the day of check out. We advise all guests of the late check out charges as an option they can choose. This is not a "threat" as you suggest, but simply an option we extend to all guests, which is generally well received and understood. We would encourage readers of this forum to peruse the many other generally very positive reviews of Hilton Manila, which are a true indication of our service deliver rather than this one opinion, which is underpinned by extenuating circumstances and provides no tangible insights into service delivery. Our first time at this property and very pleased that we gave it a try. We usually stay at the Conrad Manila but decided to give this property a try. When se arrived, our assigned room was decorated with banners and balloons and had a cake and macaroon and wine set up to greet us on our wedding anniversary. What a nice touch!

The breakfast buffet was good specially the Filipino breakfast selection. They are happy to accomodate requests that are not in the buffet selection if they have it on stock. I asked about salted egg and dried fried fish and the kitchen was happy to prepare them for us.

The servers at Kusina breakfast buffet was another level - the service was outstanding. On our second visit ( we stayed for 10 days ) to the breakfast buffet, many servers knew our names and after 3 days, we felt at home and the servers not only called us by our names but they knew what we wanted to drink and prepared some dishes that we requested a few days before. It felt like home !

in particular i want to mention the barista AJ who knew exactly how we want our coffee on our 2nd day, she’s also very friendly and engaging. Mel, Albert, Edward at the breakfast buffet provided top notch friendly service. Congratulations to Mel on her upcoming wedding !

Frances at the concierge was over the top with her service. Everyday, she would get us a Grab ride and would see us off to make sure that we got to our destination safely. The hotel guards took the Grab’s driver’s vehicle and driver information so we felt very safe. On our first day, Frances advanced our fare to the Grab driver because we didn’t have philippine currency yet. Erickson at the concierge was also very helpful and friendly and helped us with our Grab ride and saw us off on the days Frances was off.

Ian the front desk manager and Jaja were very friendly and accommodating - no request was too much, they are happy to accomodate.

The rooms and common areas are very clean and comfortable ( we had a Netpresso coffee maker in the room) and eco friendly. The hotel uses a lot of recycled materials, used glass for the water bottles in the room. Utensils and glassware in the room and Kusina restaurant are all sealed and spotless. The hotel and staff meticulously follow and implement procedures to keep everyone safe against Covid.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay. The cleanliness and condition of the room and common areas are impeccable and most importantly, the staff is very friendly, hospitable and deliver highly personal service.

We celebrated my sister's birthday in Hilton and we had such a good time. During this pandemic, they had a seal on your hotel room door before you go in to make sure that the place is sanitized and never been used.

Thank you also to Dianna who has made our stay even pleasurable by assisting us.

Truth be told, I was having a hard time choosing between Hilton Manila and another 5-star hotel nearby. I went with my gut and booked with Hilton Manila for a 3-day staycation. I am so happy that I chose Hilton because from the time we arrived at the lobby until we opened our suite, everything was seamless. We didn’t experience any delay and while we were waiting for our antigen results, Hilton provided us with refreshments at the most comfortable waiting area. They have these seals of cleanliness for each room so as guests, you get a sense of feeling that EVERYTHING was sanitized before your arrival. The staff at the Kusina also made our stay memorable. Special shoutout to Roj who is all heart and he even remembered all our drink orders from the previous day. The Vega Pool is one of a kind. Housekeeping was top notch and check out was a breeze. The only downside would be the limited options in their in-room dining. This is understandable since there’s a pandemic but all you have to do is go to the mall across Hilton where there is no shortage of dining options! That said, I will definitely book our next staycation at Hilton Manila.

We went here for celebrating Valentine's Day, we loved everything on this hotel, their room, swimming pool and their staff. We brought our baby just 9months old and they were so welcome, while waiting our room to be ready one of their staff playing together with our baby just to make him smile, when we were in a swimming pool our towel get wet some of their swimming pool staff directly ask to change the towel even we dint ask for it, we also tried breakfast and had a little accident - my baby pour out the hot coffee onto his hands - and their staff was so helpful even asked us to bring my baby to the clinic, but luckily nothing happen with our baby. That's why im so in love with this hotel, i wanna try their Chinese restaurant Hua Yuan on other day i brought my friends along and the food was okay and also large size comparing to other Chinese restaurants, the price is normal for us because the size also large. We love their shanghai fried rice and crispy egg plant pyramid.

I just wanna share my experience in the hotel since we checked on the 18th of August in at Hilton Manila for quarantine to wait for the results of our swabs tests so we got our luggage. and they bring us someplace to give us instructions and room key while staying in the hotel which is everything comes from our President Duterte for all OFWs.  the hotel staff helped us assisted and sanitized the bags and they bring us to the elevator with our luggage we managed ourselves even though not really fully assisted I understand may be short of the staff and the lady who I speak within the phone for my breakfast because no one brings food for my breakfast half-past 8 already Shively she was so kind she sent immediately the room service and told her as well I didn't get my meal upon arrival because my friend had so done a great job she pays attention Good job.

1 day before our reservation at Kusina, I called Hilton to ask if I can use my voucher for the 1kg cake. The female staff whom I spoke with said that I can get our cake provided that we order something from Madison Lounge. She also assured me that she will notify Madison Lounge about it since there was a rule that you have to call at least 24 hours. She was also aware that we have a prior reservation at kusina.

On our wedding anniversary, there was no endorsed 1 kg cake at madison lounge nor at kusina. My mistake was, I wasn't able to get the name of the female staff. Good thing I had the call log on my phone as proof that I really called at around 8:08AM.

When we were assisted to our table at kusina, Sir Rommel patiently listened to our concern and though it was impossible, he was able to produce a cake on our wedding anniversary. What really amazed us is that it was a newly baked cake. He was constantly going to our table to update us regarding the status of our cake even if it wasnt necessary anymore. We appreciate that he took the extra mile even if he was also attending to the other customers. He was also apologetic that such incident had to happen, even if it wasn't his mistake.

Our experience at kusina was safe and secured. They really followed the protocol regarding social distancing. They even call the attention of those who forget to wear the face shield as well as those who didnt follow the entry and exit route of their buffet.

The highlight of our dinner was the wedding cake. No anniversary cake is complete without one, and we are very much grateful to Sir Rommel for making it happen. To the management of Hilton, you are so lucky to have Sir Rommel in your team because he really shows passion and love to his work. He really didnt leave us until we had the cake. He could have endorsed it to someone else but he handled it professionally. In this time of pandemic, Hilton Manila is so lucky to have an employee like Sir Rommel of Kusina who exceeds what is expected of him. Hi there, there is walk way bridge that connects to the newport mall and casino. Also from the airport terminal 3 there is an air conditioned bridge to newport side but you need to walk along pedestrian lanes from belmont hotel to hilton.

I believe that the restaurant opens at 6:00am. But what you can do is that day before your early flight you can request for a packed breakfast that could be delivered to your room and just bring it with you to the airport. We have done this before many times in many of the hotels that we stayed overseas.

Digital check in is not applicable in Hilton Manila, you need to check in personally . Upon check in, You can request a digital card thru their Hilton Honor app.
