I'm a Diamond with Hilton and an Ambassador with Bonvoy, so I spend A LOT of time in hotels around the world.

When I fly into Manila I usually stay at either the Hilton or Marriott that are located close to Terminal 3 at MNL. Not only are they incredible properties, but I can walk to them via the skybridge, which is something I enjoy doing.

I knew that with the new travel restrictions I would need to "strict quarantine" until my COVID test that they administer on arrival was processed, so I booked the Hilton at the airport for that stay. However, about a week before my travel dates, I was informed by the staff at the airport Hilton that they were no longer approved for strict quarantine protocols. The agent suggested to me that I could stay at the Conrad Hilton instead, as they were still approved for that. At first I was a bit disappointed, as I love the Hilton that I normally stay in. However, after experiencing the Conrad I don't know that I'll ever stay at another hotel in Manila again.

The staff was incredible! The Filipino people are already amazing humans, and are very polite and helpful, but the staff at the Conrad took it to another level. They were so kind and responsive to every need. The room was also visually stunning and the bed was the most comfortable that I've ever slept in while visiting the Philippines. I also loved the rain shower in my room that helped wash off 24 hours of travel time and invigorated me each morning after waking up!

They provided a complementary large bottle of purified water for every night of the stay, which I was so appreciative of! There was also a bento box of food waiting for me when I finally made it to my room that night that was very much appreciated. The room service for breakfast and dinner was also very good!

It was a 440 PHP fixed rate ride from Terminal 1 to the Conrad. I took a metered taxi to Terminal 3 for my connecting flight a few days later and it was only 240 PHP. I arrived late at night and left very early in the morning, so I'm assuming that during daylight hours the metered taxi would cost more because of traffic. Although I still missed the convenience of being able to walk to the hotel, the Conrad experience was so superior, and is still close enough to the airport, that it will be my hotel of choice every time I'm in Manila moving forward.

Due to the new normal where one returning Filipino needs to quarantine for a few days in a pre-booked hotel, I had chosen Conrad Hotel Manila as my quarantine hotel/facility for a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised how competitve the rates are knowing that this is one of finest luxury 5 star Hilton Hotels in the country. I also booked the hotel shuttle to avoid the hassle of finding taxis at the airport plus the peace of mind that the shuttle was sanitized before and after use. Also you get to be the only person in a decent sized SUV. Upon arriving at the hotel, you will need to fill out a health declarion from thru your mobile phone using a QR code. A hotel staff will also take your temperature before you can enter the hotel. Your luggages will be sanitized as well. Contactless and hassle free. Breathtakingly gorgeous landscape view of the Manila Bay will greet you at the Reception area on the 3rd flr. The friendly Front Desk staff will check you in and answer any questions you may have. Your bags will be brought upstairs to you room upon request.
Now let’s talk about the room I was lucky enough to have experienced. Just like the view at Reception area, I was privileged to have the same view in my room. In the morning, you will wake up with a spectacular sunrise and in the evening, you will have the prime view of the sunset. The bay area will come alive with the lovely lighted ferris wheel and street lamps with Christmas lights decoration. Before you enter, there will be a sticker on the door saying that the room has been sanitized. Inside, you will be greeted by the cutest carabao plush toy accompanied by a sweet handwritten welcome note. You can bring the plush toy home.. I think. :)
I’m happy to get my swab test results back within the day, but quite sad because I didnt get to spend the rest of the night at my beautiful hotel suite.
All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. Hotel staff are very nice. Clean and sanitized public areas and amazing room with spectacular views. I will definitely go back specially once the pandemic is over.

An elegant receptionist greets you at the restaurant and leads you to your table passing a stylish modern designed wall and dining tables with beautiful well-crafted dinnerware’s that add the sophistication of the entire restaurant.

The restaurant is spacious and quiet as tables are set apart to provide complete privacy as you passionately enjoy sipping your Green tea with a fantastic Manila sunset view.

For Amuse bouche, they served crunchy crackling with home-made vinegar. The vinegar dip is best to pair with crackers, we all had the same comments. Fantastic dip!
We ordered Pan fried codfish served in a pot, home-made tofu, scallop fried rice and deep fried pumpkin with salted egg. All the dishes that we ordered are delicious and beautifully crafted.

If you could find the top and charming service staffs, just look for Erwin, Sonny and Karen you could be pampered by their 5 star pleasing personality. They were so attentive and courteous always on the edge to see that our tea cups never reach bottom.

If you want to be pampered and taste authentic Chinese cuisine this is the best choice restaurant.

This is our fourth stay at the CONRAD Manila and it has been great again. The staff and hotel are outstanding. During our stay we interacted with many staff and they provided first class service:

Dining: Angelica is truly an angel and is a great person! She is very helpful and assisted my disabled wife on many occasions. Along with her were the staff in the dining area of Gerald, Jo, Eunice, Kevin, Marylou, Carlos, Ash & France all who provided outstanding customer service.

Housekeeping: Janine, CJ and Aiza keep our room spotless and made sure all of the amenities were kept full up. Int he evening the offered additonal room cleaning and turn down service, again everything was first class. Great crew and staff.

Evening Dining: During our evening experience, we were taken care of by Tim, Carlos and Christian, all who went the extra mile to ensure our dining was pleasant and we received great hospitality from them.

Front Desk: We were received at check in by Larry who is great and assisted during the stay by Grace and Alethea who helped us with changing money and answering our questions.

Executive Lounge: Every single person in the executive lounge was awesome, great attention to the customers and their needs. Miss Kim the trainee form Korea spent time assisting my wife and and helping her out, it was much appreciated.

Security and Elevators: The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Mr. Rivera and Misses Bautista, Bustamante and Amigos. They were very observant and aware of the people coming and going and ensuring the environment was safe. New trainee Norman also was very polite and professional and will be a great asset to this hotel.

We will stay here again, this is a great hotel and the staff make it great!!!!!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, our room is spacious and staff are friendly BUT cleaning of rooms and replenishing amenities can be inproved. Although we have been provided sufficient bottles of water and free stuff toy, we have encountered the following:

Day 1 - the room was cleaned and beautifully presented. Turn down service was superd. The stuffed toy was a nice touch.

Day 2 - face washers/ towels were not replaced. And bath foam was not replaced. Had to call in guest services to get them replaced. There were some dust on top of the tv and on top of the bedhead.

Day 3 - the water glass on top of the desk that i left in the morning before the room gets serviced was not cleaned or put away. The ice bucket on top of desk from the previous was not removed or put away. The white tiny piece of tissue that was on the carpet in front of the bed was still there when we returned in the after, which made me assume that the room was not vacuumed. We had to ask again for face washers/towels, the coffee pods and creamers were not replenished.

It is a bit disappointing that we have experienced this but hopefully this can be improved in the future. Due to the hotel's location, i would likely stay here again.

Conrad Manila become our favorite hotel for family vacations.

I booked 5 rooms for New Year's Eve; rooms all situated at same floor with the corner suite that we reserved back in our May 2019 visit .
The suite provided the best view for the fireworks and activities outside.

Service is excellent, as always..
Executive Lounge Staff are great. It's a crazy busy time of the year but all of them serve the guests with smiles and upbeat attitude.
Also, I've read some positive feedback for Randy Raga - and I personally experienced it when he assisted my husband; He's among the best employees we have encountered during our stay.

I setup a NYE party at the suite and the housekeeping and room service crews are all helpful.

Wide selection of food at the Executive Lounge for the afternoon treats and evening cocktails which the family thoroughly enjoyed..
Breakfast at C Lounge and Brassiere 3 had plenty of food options as well.

We have yearly vacation and we know already the venue for Dec 2020/NYE 2021 and yes, it's Conrad Manila, again.

First time I stayed at Conrad Manila from Dec 25-27. Considering you paid for premium and being a Hilton hotel, I’d say it did not meet my expectations. Hilton hotels in other countries give you superb experience. Unfortunately, this did not. Booking was fast but we had to wait for almost an hour after check-in time before we got our room (around 4PM). Since it’s Christmas and a peak day, I let it go. The room was big enough but the light fixtures and aircon had some issues that engineering had to fix it. Aircon was never fixed. It does not meet the set temperature and it gets hot in the room at lunch time. Housekeeping is very disappointing. Toiletries were only set for one person except the dental kit. We requested for additional toiletries multiple times through phone and it never came. We even called 3 more times the next day and waited but to no avail. This is not the service you expect from a 5 star hotel. I am actually quite surprised that they never even followed up on the status given that we’ve already been calling multiple times. Glass windows were also dirty. We requested for a cleaning on the room the next day and you guessed it, nobody ever came to clean. We ended up escalating and they finally acted on it.

On the other hand, dinner buffet was good. They had several roast choices and the ambiance was good. The view is nice overlooking the bay. Food options were few but it’s fine given the price and taste. The staff and crew were also accommodating and friendly. Their breakfast buffet was also great. I like their choices of Filipino and International breakfast. Their tapa is recommendable. Soft, juicy and flavorful. The executive lounge serving afternoon treats and cocktails is also good.

Overall, my experience with Conrad Manila is quite average. Their restaurants are good but I might have some second thoughts on booking rooms. I’m hoping they would improve on their service for staying guests in the future and I won’t have more frustrations until our last day.

Most everything was great. For the price being charged I would just make sure the rooms were vacuumed and dusted a little better. And the main dishes on the breakfast buffet were kept a little more fresh. Truly a pleasurable stay all in all.

Brasserie on 3 has always been our favorite go-to buffet, and we're glad they've reopened after the quarantine, better than ever. Tonight's main feature was the seafood cooked-to-order, and the carving station that had roast beef and pork bellychon.

To ensure safety and minimize possibke exposure to CoVid 19 , patrons are now encouraged to see the buffet spread first, then tell the servers which they want, and wait for their choices to be brought to their tables

We were particularly delighted by the service we got from our server, FRANCIS, who was.particularly attentive and helpful. Apart from getting us samplers from the differemt stations, he also offered us tea and coffee and fresh fruits to cleanse our palate in between servings. Bringing our tea, he warned us about it being very hot.

He even arranged for us to have this lovely slice of red velvet cake, after learning that we just marked our silver anniversary last week.

Brasserie on 3 is really worth coming back to.

After a 14 hours flight and 3 hours post arrival covid check formality all you want is to have a quiet clean place to rest and relax. Upon arrival the security and door attendants are all courteous and helpful in assisting all arriving guests. Checkin is fast and smooth and all the guest relation team are very cordial and informative on all the questions i have asked, be it on the facilites and the new normal protocols for quarantine procedures, to the simple room dining menu preference are all answered by the guest relation team with a smile. You can immediately feel the warmth hospitality that the hotel can give. Ms. Carmie Gamboa assisted me with my request for a complimentary room upgrade for a Gold Hilton member and oh boy I was extremely happy that I chose Conrad Manila for my quarantine stay. Diplomatic suite is totally stunning as by far the best suite overlooking the manila bay. The food was the best you will really feel that you are at home. The room and the hotel are clean and sanitized.

Kudos to the team of Conrad Manila for making us feel at home with your warm hospitality and for making us proud to be a filipino ready to compete with other hotels abroad.

I have stayed at the Conrad Manila numerous times and do not recall seeing animals there. It's not really a pet-friendly environment in my view, and if I had a pet I wouldn't take it there.
