Dear Harken100, Thank you for taking time to write a review of our hotel. We are saddened to learn that we were not able to provide you with warm hospitality you deserved. We take your feedback seriously as we strive to give our guests quality customer service. Verification of identity is part of our safety measures to serve all our guests better. We believed that our staff had proceeded with your registration after confirming your identity. We apologize if there are delays in the process. We have also started replacing some of our old AC units for your comfort. Your concern on hot water has been escalated to our Engineering team to ensure it would not happen again. We are continuously taking steps in upgrading our water heaters as part of our room enhancement. The marks that you claimed to be from bed bugs could be from insect bites that maybe present in the room specially at night. We would like to assure you that our rooms have no narration of bed bugs. Our mattresses and bed linens are with hypoallergenic features which creates a barrier between yourself and any possible allergens prowling in the bed. We are hoping too that your arms and legs are well now. As to the leak in your toilet, we apologize if you felt being disregarded. Our staff have been reminded to take such concern with urgency. We have also conducted training in excellent customer service to equip our staff with proper guidelines in customer care to ensure that they have the passion and the ability to serve all our guests with excellence. We are deeply saddened to learn that we had given you a wrong perception of our room. We are rated as 3-star. Our team is now checking if there is a glitch posted ONLINE so we could rectify it right away. Rest assured that it was not our intention to deceive you. One of our pros is our location as it is ideal for guests who would like to be close to business, dining and leisure hubs, all within budget. We do have Cuisine Restaurant by Chef & Brewer located just outside of the hotel. They serve dinner and snacks with live acoustic band until 1:00AM. We are truly sad that you did not manage to explore Ortigas area when you arrived. We do have bell service dedicated to assist you with your luggage going to your room and upon leaving the hotel. We apologize if they failed to provide you with that service. We have conducted training in excellent customer service to equip our staff with proper guidelines in customer care to ensure that they have the passion and the ability to serve all our guests with excellence. Your feedback on the unpleasant smell of the bathroom has been cascaded to our Housekeeping team to fix this immediately. The redesigning of our bathroom has already been included in our product enhancements to serve you better. We also apologize if the air-conditioning unit gave you discomfort during your stay. We have started replacing some of our old AC units as part of our room enhancement. Admittedly, our rooms are not equipped with sound proofing that became a challenge to us. As a temporary measure, we have our security personnel that conducts routine rounds in all hotel floors to ensure silence is observe. 10:00PM visiting hour is also being implemented. The cheapest budget rate will not have the usual amenities one expects in a hotel room like coffee maker with coffees and cream/sugar, etc. Otherwise, the room is clean. Bathroom needs to have cabinets where we can place our toiletries. NO HOT WATER 🚿.

We have different room types that have different features and in-room amenities which cater to different type of guests. This allows our guests the flexibility to choose the type of room and amenities that best suit their needs. Our Deluxe Classic room is our basic room type which is ideal for guests looking for a place to sleep and equipped with extensive facilities. Rooms have limited in-room amenities. For other type of travelers that are looking for more amenities, we have our Deluxe Premium, Premier and Suite rooms. Guests availing of our Premier room have the option to avail of our Premier with kitchenette facility with microwave oven too. Your concern on hot water has been escalated to our Engineering team to address this right away. From the rooms, i guess no and there's a "no smoking" sign. But in the pool area on the 3rd floor, yes you can.

I don't think they accept walk ins. They claim to be full this holiday season. You may call ahead or walk in on low seasons. As a tired traveler, you don't want to be turned down, or worse be overcharged and be given the nasty, extremely noisy rooms facing the construction site. Call ahead and ask these questions in advance.

We do allow visitors inside the room. We discourage though using hotel room as a party room as the noise might disturb other hotel guests.
