Good location, and cheap but the room for single rooms (3rd floor) are very noisy, doors keep on bangging even in the night and early morning, was not able to get a good sleep. Dirty cabinets and insects (crockroach). Slow internet as well.

A no-frills hotel accommodation that's value for money. It's also very accessible, everything is within reach. Good wi-fi connection, too although the signal is weak in the rooms. They are only good for use in the common areas. There's a really nice courtyard to hang out in and use the wi-fi. Just don't do it at night coz the mosquitoes...

I've stayed in this hotel for four times already. The reason why kept coming back was because of the reasonable price and also it was the first hotel that I had checked in when I first tried visiting Davao alone. If my memory serves me right, it was summer of 2013 when I first stayed here. They gave me a...

For the price, it is a good deal. Room is already aging. Furniture is already up for replacement. Needs big mirrors. However, kudos for keeping the hotel always clean. There's also complimentary breakfast. They also have gen set during power interruptions which happens twice or thrice a day. However, generator is limited to the hotel lobby.

My first trip to Phil from Orlando, Fl. I stayed at Royale House the week of Thanksgiving 2015. ABOVE ALL SAFE, FRIENDLY, CLEAN, WITH OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND GOOD FOOD. I feel well qualified to respond staying at numerous high priced places that do not compare. As in any Hotel from time to time there were "glitches," however the staff went...

Worst customer service, constant water interruptions, very loud and weak aircon, and a lot more! If you're looking for the worst hotel at a high price, then THIS is definitely the place you're looking for!

Then we were told to send two separate emails since there were two refunds with our i.d. And our scanned signed req letter. WHY DIDNT THEY ASK...
