Stayed for a night for our business meeting the next morning. This is a basic hotel which is affordable, considering that we were in Davao City. It's a walking distance to SM Lanang Premiere, and if you just wanna go ahead on your feet other malls are just around the area. This hotel gives guests a great access to public...

This hotel is very good. It's perfect for any type of trip leisure, business or family. Rooms are very clean and complete with amenities. Rates are also very reasonable considering the good facility. We would definitely always choose this hotel for all our business and family trips. Plus: the carinderia at the back of the hotel is a good alternative...

The hotel just is built in 2013 but it looks old and inconvenience. No elevator, no internal phone, the signal of TV is so bad, bathroom looks ugly. Especially the air-conditioner is the old model, you can't choose the temperature with it. The staff is nice but the services is not good. I won't choose it again

I stayed there for 2 days, the hotel is clean, specially the rooms but the problem is one of the frontdesk, she's very very rude, She even shouting in front of the guests, gets angry Also in front of us when the roomboy did not hear her radio. She also insulted her colleagues in front of us. She don't even...

When we asked for a change of clean sheets, towels, and pillow cases and room cleaning. The pillow cases seemed washed and dried quickly coz it still smells. The staff was ok. I'd still go there though for a good sleep.

We went around 7pm there (it was recommended by a staff at pearl frm where we stayed the previous days) w no reservations and we kindly asked the front desk for the most affordable room since we would be staying only for the night and we had an early flight tomorrow. I asked for a twin room since it was...

Stayed 4 nights here and very affordable, around $25 a night, with nice staff and grounds. We had the queen deluxe room, see pricing photo, and it was large enough for 4 people with the sofa. Breakfast is 100 pesos (about $2.25) and selection of meats with rice and coffee. It is a short distance from the hospital that we...

Yes, affordable and accessible but the service sucks. Because, the last time we came here, wee reserved for 2 nights and 3 days but the customer service didn't plot it. Good thing there's still a matrimonial room available. And the worst thing, I accidentally smelled the pillow case, seems like it's been used previously not a new one. Will find...
