I commend this hotel for being eco-friendly and their prize is affordable. Their room is spacious, comfortable but no hot shower, and near the city proper. HOWEVER, what turned me off is that we saw BIG COCKROACHES in the room which I think is Ironic for an eco-friendly establishment.

Its a small but cozy hotel. Affordable rates about 1100pesos per night for 3 persons. The location is near the south bus station which is very ideal for travelers going to oslob (1st trip is 3am), and 15 minutes to the oceanjet ferry port if you're plannig to go bohol..friendly staff... I would give 5 stars if they have a... More

Location : Chosen by many transients as it is close to the south bus terminal which i s a kilometer away. The neighborhood maybe noisy on day and early evenings but enough for you to have a night's sleep. Not recommended to roam around the neighborhood at late evenings. Elicon however has its own security guard so you will feel... More

All in all very good for the price. Even the in house restaurant had a small but reasonable priced menu. Only issue was the lady who worked the night shift at reception. I had an early check in at 1.30 pm and my girlfriend who is a local Filipina joined me at 6.40pm I asked the lady at the desk... More

Stayed here for 3 nights before heading to Malaspascua Island. Very central location...easily accessible to public transportation (both Junquera and Del Rosario Streets are busy thoroughfares in downtown Cebu) and good restaurants. No hot water, but $550PHP per night for 1 person. UNBEATABLE for a no-frills, yet comfortable stay. Staff is extra friendly.

Stay there for a week, the room was great, although there is an ongoing renovation, my smelled paint, but its bearable once the aircondition is on. For the whole week, my bed sheets and towel had not been replaced. There is water at the lobby always. Other than that, my stay is uneventful and i would stay again if given... More

My review is in the context that this is a backpackers and no frills hostel which is eco-friendly. The room has its own bathroom but no hot water. Only the rooms are air-conditioned. Only a small bar of soap is provided. The bed is comfortable. Beddings are clean but getting a flannel blanket has an extra charge. Towels are changed... More

Very affordable and clean hotel! The staffs were nice and helpful! The triple room cost almost 1,000 pesos only. Not bad! Elicon House has nearby fast food restaurants to choose from as well as convenient stores. Very accessible indeed

We stayed for 1 night and plan to return when passing through Cebu. The hotel is clean, the room was large with a private bathroom, AC, TV and filtered water available free of charge. We played 800 pesos. The bed was comfy and the service from the staff was excellent. We even got a gift when we left! The food... More

“Do not take the 3rd floor it's for family size & seldom use. That's maybe the reason why they have an outbreak of bugs. Second tip take the room facing away from the street because it's noisy outside with the major traffic.”
