They have no clue on how to handle customer complaints. Instead of just owning up to your mistake and apologizing, they still tried to insist that they hadn't done anything wrong. Here's the deal, we were about to check out but when we saw the bill, it had additional charges which we didn't agree upon. We tried to clear things...

We were hopeful when entering the hotel because of the ambience of the lobby and the hotel room. However, it did not get any better after that. The service was poor. The breakfast buffet was far below expectations. Worst of all, we were promised a discount and promo rate that included free extra beds. It was only during checkout after...

Very affordable for the quality of stay and service, the hot water was awesome! They have a clean bathroom, and some of the amenities are the best. Our company spent the Holidays there with no hassle. The food they catered was great. Good price and location because it is very accessible and easily to find especially to those first timer...

The Sugarland Hotel is considered as one of the best hotels in Bacolod City for the past years, but it seems that recently their customer service has become discouraging. While they boast of their good food, the service has become relatively poor. The serving per head for buffet service has become very expensive and they are not flexible to adjust...

It was busy days during the 2016 Masskara festival hence the hotel is full of guests but we managed to get a room prior to the event through online booking. Staffs at the reception area are polite. The hallways of the hotel at the third floor is open, the temperature is warm.

It took us ages to checkin in after 6pm on a Tuesday night. I still have no idea why. The staff were all smiles but not explaining what the hold up was. We had a long day including flights but the rooms weren't ready. I asked to use an iron but was refused because they offer a pressing service. After...

"Sugarland Hotel, ist an economy hotel, with a touche of class, in Araneta St., Singcang, Bacolod City (near the old Bacolod airport, which has now transferred to Silay City). Sugarland, has a spectacular view of Araneta St, on its 2nd floor. "

I checked into Sugarland on Sept 24,2016 with my 13 year old son and stayed one night in room 217. I have two complaints: First complaint: My son wanted to take a shower and go to bed and found no hot water. About 8:50 PM I called and told the girl who answered that we had no hot water, she...

I went here after I could no longer stay in the hotel I originally booked (Eastview hotel, don't go there...). This one is a little bit higher priced, but still very cheap. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are basic, but sufficient. Beds are good, the bathroom a little worn out. AC is ancient, but it works....
