Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The welcome of the staff and the setting of the hotel are the only positive points. No cupboards in the rooms, no fridge or water fountain, dilapidated and dirty bathroom. With half board there is no choice in terms of starter and dessert, if you don't like it too bad for you, there is nothing else. Breakfast with low-end products, not good. Not enough places in the parking lot, a real hassle. On weekends, locals come to party, it's noisy and there's no soundproofing in the rooms, it's impossible to sleep.

I give 2 good points, 1 because the shower gel smells good, and 1 because we were offered a tray of fries.
After an hour of looking for a place, ending up in double file, after having climbed the 75 steps leading to our room, moldy and dirty, we were finally able to put down our luggage.
No cot for my one year old daughter, but the receptionist kindly agreed to give me a mattress for her to sleep on the floor. It was that or put her in a bed where she might fall in the night.
Neither one nor two we went to enjoy the crowded swimming pool (on relaxing days). The broken steps in the pool didn't stop us from having fun, just hurt our feet. It's okay, we are all vaccinated.
That said, we decided not to take any risks at breakfast, and we didn't taste the bananas, but they deserved a photo, they were exceptional! Too bad you have to pay a leisure day rate to eat at the restaurant for lunch.
But thanks to our neighbors who have the rhythm in their skin day and night, we quickly packed up!
This is the first time I have seen a hotel like this. Interesting for a relaxing day. But to sleep... We will avoid! Thank you anyway for the friendly welcome!

Good morning,
Very poor value for money! no organization in this hotel at all levels: passable catering but no variety, same lunch and dinner menu, possible change of dish but +6€, endless waiting while there were few customers, limited room maintenance, made 1 day out of 3...., NO storage facilities in the bedroom, a rod with 4/5 hangers above a "table", which means that the hanging clothes occupy a third of the surface, with a drawer blatantly missing training for certain catering staff: you have to ask for cutlery, bread, ..... Let's wake up mediocre but good ... decent swimming pool, staff on the whole friendly and above all aware of being a little neglected by their management . In short, it's a 2* and we can "admit" certain discomforts, but not at the asking price.

We were there a few weeks ago, we enjoyed our stay. It is close to restaurants, shops and activities. We had a family room for 02 adults and 02 children which was big enough for us. The room was well cleaned everyday. Nice staff. The meals at the restaurant we good. Thank you for making our holiday great :)

I am sorry to read you did not appreciatd your stay. Indeed, due to glass break next to the pool, and to avoid any accident, drinks are served in a plastic cup. On the other hand, I am glad to inform you that we are renovating rooms & bathrooms.

Hotel really avoided, cleanliness 0 (hair in the bathtub, spider web in the bathroom, dust) air conditioning really noisy. Staff we report all this information and for everything they already know that there is a problem but it does not solve it. I find it a truly horrible experience. And what's more, no commercial gesture despite showing our dissatisfaction.

We are disappointed with the room! It is quite rustic with the bare essentials! Almost no furniture!

The employees party among themselves without the hotel residents until 11 p.m., this is unacceptable. We were treated to loud music! As the room was not soundproofed, the music rang in our ears!

The pool was not heated as advertised. The pool tiles were broken and sharp!

The dinner was passable and lunch was quickly looked around, there wasn't much choice!
This hotel is not worth the price. To review

Very bad experience.

When I arrived I started to stress, when we arrived at reception she gave us the key and told us that she couldn't come with us ok she explained! I don't understand it, we had to search like crazy but hey we got there! Phew! My god when I saw the room I almost passed out! Never seen that! It’s a hoot! No charm! no terrace! Nothing ! Family rooms! Well I tell you €208 for that! I cried, I was really not well!
We took all our things back and booked elsewhere! Our famous hotel night ultimately cost us a little more than €450!
I would say that when you post photos of your hotel, put the real photos! Your hotel should be avoided! It's dirty and poorly maintained!
Frankly, I totally advise against it! You are not up to the task!

A very family hotel, quite quiet and well located. On the other hand, there is a big problem with accessibility to the hotel parking lot and the swimming pool because there are too many people who come to take advantage of the hotel's activities for just one day. What about the hotel residents!! To review

Stay from January 5 to 6, 2024.

In terms of cleanliness in the room it was pretty decent. Apart from the unpleasant surprise of having a huge cockroach when I lifted the cover! And since I'm terrified of these critters, we had to turn the whole bed over to make sure there weren't any others. But it was the only one. So this allowed us to see that the sheets, although clean, were stained, which is not great anyway.

The swimming pool, accessible from 8:00 a.m., is quite nice with a pleasant temperature. On the other hand, it really deserves to be redone! In some places there are missing tiles, the beach is not at all secure, the wooden slats are wobbly, the skimmers are in poor condition (you can easily get your feet caught in them and hurt yourself). The coping is very slippery. Children fell several times (fortunately without serious injury). On the other hand, my 6 year old daughter got a huge bump on her forehead when she wasn't even running! A few ice cubes from the bar and a little cream and the matter was settled. But that doesn't mean a member of staff came to check on him. Brief.
And 3 parasols for all the deckchairs is a bit limited too.

Breakfast is ok. The main thing is there. On the other hand, we should perhaps think about better protecting the food. For example, milk breads were well covered with a cover except that it was too small and half of the breads were not protected. You might as well not put anything on it in this case.
Small downside also for the restaurant tables which also deserve a little renovation.

The bar staff are friendly. Perhaps they lack a little more rigor in their clothing. Although it is a 2 star it would have been more professional to see them all with an outfit other than their average t-shirt which means that at the beginning we don't know who the staff are and who the vacationers are.

I'm not going to bring up the parking lot that appears in all the comments. That said, when a place became available, the staff systematically informed us.

It's a shame because the hotel could really be at the top with more requirements in terms of maintenance!
