Really nice hotel with great position. Its a great value for low price! Clean, good breakfast, cosy rooms... i definitely would stay again. Only bad thing is - kitchen have a problem with ventilation - bad one. So restaurant/lobby is smell really bad on burned cocking oil :(

If you sit longer - smell will get into all your clouts :/

I would probably give this hotel a 3.5 rating if I could. There was much that I liked - the location was very good (walking distance to Zaryadye Park and Red Square), rooms were quirky and nice, food from the restaurant was good and hotel guests received a discount making it good value. But there was also quite a lot that could have been better... the quality of the breakfast was not very good (cheap ham, cheese, coffee), the toiletries were awful (cheap plastic sachets) and the pillows were poor quality. The staff were pleasant but a little laid back.
This hotel has got a lot going for it and with improvements in service and quality levels it could be really great.

We stayed 4 nights and used the connecting rooms. Super clean, good lighting and great water pressure in shower. Very quiet. The on-site pub was GREAT as was the provided breakfast each morning. Easy walk to other restaurants, Red Square, and metro stations. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

BED BUGGS !!
Anti-covid measure was not respected tatally !

Check in : During check in the receptionist was taking personal calls by phone so check in took a lot time.

Suite : Very dirty and very very dusty. Cups and tea pods seems never been washed. AC was barely working.

Breakfast : Awful. During check in you may choose only one menu from omlet, crepe, croissant( 1ea.) Drinks were very poor quality.

This quirky hotel is in a really good location.Situated on a quiet street but a short walk from a Main Street with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies etc.15 minute walk to either Kitay-Gorod or Chistye Prudy metro stations.
The staff were all very helpful, some spoke some English which was good, but there was never any problem with language while we were there.
We had breakfast every day which was decent enough, fairly good quality and choice, although a bit repetitive as we were there for five days. They cook omelettes to order along with eggs and porridge. There was juice, decent coffee, good choice of teas, cheese, meat ,pastries etc.
We had a large double room on the top floor, one step from the elevator. The room was comfortable but a bit overcrowded with large seats which took up a lot of room and we didn’t need them. There is a kettle and tea and a limited mini bar.
Bathroom and shower were fine.
We would stay here again as we liked the laid back atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Lovely room and excellent breakfast. The hotel staff was always helpful, very kind and polite. We ate at the restaurant which is independently run the food was excellent and we were able to drink local wine at a good price. We were told by the taxi driver that the area were the hotel is located is historical. The building is very beautiful and the rooms have nice details. I can´t wait to go back

Stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. The hotel is small with excellent and friendly staff. There is a nice bar with good restaurant. The location is walking distance from the Kremlin and there are many restaurants in the vicinity. Metrostations are nearby.

Stayed here for a couple of nights during the World Cup. Only just opened and they are working hard to finish it but cool place, helpful staff and a really good location. This part of town is really on the up with lots of modern rejuvenation to the wonderful old buildings. Only slight negative is that we were on the 6th floor and there isn’t a lift!
