I spend there one day. Not bad one. The simple hotel, just for business, faraway from the center. Not faraway from airport Vnukovo. 15 minutes a walk from metropolitan. The number has USSR style still. Old tv system. Personal are friendly. But in dinner room service like USSR style still.

On my first visit to Moscow, for business purposes, this hotel was chosen for me by my Russian hosts. The choice was perfect because the hotel is close to the place where I had to be for our meetings. I was told that the hotel was built in the late '70, to be ready for the Moscow Olympic Games in...

It is a good hotel. I did not stay in the base category of rooms, but stayed in the next category. Room was spacious and the price was also reasonable. Location wise, it is located very close to a university and hence there are many restaurants around which serve good food at reasonable price. The hotel itself has a 24...

Anyone familiar with the Norbreck Castle in Blackpool will understand this hotel. A triumph of Soviet era architecture, it has been refurbished but is now a caricature of what it might have been. From the state of the external concrete one might think it is derelict, but the spacious marble foyer dispels any fear. Reception staff were charming and helpful,...

Reasonable service for price, 15 minutes walk from metro station. Wi-Fi good. Breakfast good. Room was clean. Quality of furniture and bathroom are not that bad. TV very old, but working. Recommend for business and tourism without comfortable and nice expectations from hotel.

We stayed here for a long weekend, and couldn't really fault the place for the little we paid. The hotel is very clean and tidy and has everything close by to make sightseeing easy ( Metro and Bus stops etc).Although our bedroom wasn't too big, it had plenty of wardrobe / closet space, comfortable beds and a piping hot reliable shower.All...

They should advertise themselves using the original name „Dom Turista” what means the house of tourists. Actually it is a tourist hotel far away from the city. I wonder how it could be a “city hotel”. It is a 35 year old, Soviet style ugly building, located in a noisy place, no AC. Had to keep the window open, but...

Not bad for a business stay; with a certain aura from some decades ago, this may disturb some people, however renovation has obviously been there. Good price for Moscow; room was basic but clean, fridge worked, window opened. Wi-fi in my room usable; colleague had a problem though (check it before unpacking). Surroundings around the hotel not for nice walks,...
