Stayed in the hotel as arranged by Somans tours and travels. The hotel is located near the highway in a quiet place. There is a Magnit super market just opp side of the highway. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Bathroom is clean. The breakfast spread is very basic. Dinner I had only salad as vegetarian but they provided an omelet upon request.

The location isn't good. Although they have hourly shuttle service to the metro station. There is a lot of traffic to commute from the hotel. Rooms are clean and good but furniture is average. The ambience (enterance, lobby, .. ) doesn't give you the feel of a 4*. I would definitely prefer other hotels which may either be at a better location or at least provide some luxury. Suitable for someone traveling on business having meetings in the area Or for tourists who are using the hotel just for the night and having fixed tour schedules. There is not much to do near the hotel.

This is a very Objective kind of review, read with caution.

Positive
-Quiet area, away from main roads, pubs
-Able to early check in at 9am if rooms are available
-Rooms are big in size, standard room size looks like suite in other countries
-Shuttle van(7 seater) to nearest Metro station, however, you need to inform desk to fetch to and pickup from station. If no request, no van will go proceed even its called "shuttle bus"
-Email response are fast and friendly (please check bottom for more on this)

Negative
-Made arrangement for transport from airport to hotel with arranged timing/flight details. Driver was missing when we arrived, made severals calls to hotel to check status. Waited almost an hour and finally mentioned driver is on the way, but details were not clear and does not feel confidence on the driver, so manually arrange cab using Yandex
-Reach Hotel, says we never meet driver, printed all our emails correspondence and blame us for not waiting for the driver while the driver to should wait us at arrival hall.
-Force us to pay the hotel full amount for the transport or they will not check in for us into the hotel. Staff name was something "Tina" in russian
-Felt bullied and needed to comply as we are tired from our long flight.
-Taxi Yandex is around 150r to station and 500-800 to red square, so its far from the main city.
-Taxi Yandex is around 800r to Airport
-No near shops/cafe nearby for food, the nearest shops is around 15-20min walk from hotel. Hotel has pub and restaurant.
-Mineral water are only given on the first day, clarified with lobby staff, its normal
-Shower water pressure is low, assume double of your time in shower, tested both 6th and 12th floor.
-One of the night we reached back around 1am, and found short of one towel. We call housekeeping, no answer. We call MAIN LOBBY RECEPTION 3 times, no answer. Dont bother going down and confront them
-Went to restaurant one of the night to have some drinks, waited 10 min before someone is free to serve us and another 10min to find someone to pay for it
-During Checkout, after collecting our room cards, only one word was spoken. OK. No thank you, no have a nice day, just grunt face with OK
-If you are looking for friendly staff, think you need to look elsewhere

The rooms are bright and large (but with limited furniture...), the bathrooms are also fine and everything in the hotel looks new and it is very clean. Altogether is quite pleasant although it is a little below a standard 4 star hotel in western Europe regarding facilities.

The location is the weak point of the hotel: it is far from the centre and about 1.5 km away from the nearest subway station. There are regular shuttles provided from the hotel to that subway station but the way back is problematic. Another limitation is the absence of restaurants and shops close to the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is fine and it is not terribly expensive, but it is an annoyance to be restricted to it.

The rooms in this hotel are nice, big enough and clean. The rooms cannot be locked from inside, so if by mistake they assign your room to somebody else, you will have a person standing in front of you when you step out of the shower.
I arrived on tuesday evening and the waiter of the restaurant told me the restaurant was closed, even if people were sitting inside.
To access the wifi you have to instert your Russian mobile phone number (???).
Girls at the reception are kind.
Very big groups of tourists stay in this hotel. Breakfast room is overcrouded, there is barely a free table.

i booked this hotel through the agency, for a business trip, as it's near the office. to live in it for 2 weeks. it makes my staying depressive as i'm alone. rooms are good, prices also, but other regular services which you expect in a 4 star hotel are missing. in my room i don't have a set for making tee and coffee, neither a mini bar. there is, but is not working and is empty. no fitness, no wellness center. but they are in plan - said the receptionist. common! how did you get the categorization at all? the staff with its faces makes you feel said. the security guy that is standing 24/7 in the lobby makes you feel you're doing something wrong with every movement. no music, no friendly atmosphere. they can't help you with a good advice. i asked where is the nearest shop for food and beverages, and they suggested me the one with three times higher prices than usual. the area where the hotel is located is very spooky and unattractive. don't expect a nice view. maybe the most expensive rooms has it. i hope i'll survive one more week.

For a quick trip, perhaps a weekend, or business trip, in the “outskirts” of Moscow city proper... this hotel is fine. It is a no frills, “non-centrally” located high rise, business hotel. That is what it is. Not a lot of glamor or style, but we were there for World Cup, and we needed an efficient stay, where our priority was not staying at the premises. The lobby/front desk is efficient, no help with luggage, presumably because they cater to business clientele, not vacationeers. Tacky gift shop, sitting area, and make shift “soccer” decorations. They tried. Room is a standard, “Holiday Innesque” basic. There was a safe, and some low quality bathroom lotions, but that’s it on extras.

One of the issues was location. We had to take a taxi for a 10 min drive to Metro station, just to get a rail to either Luzhniki_Stadium or to Red square. These rides were at least 20-30min away by metro, and 1 hr by cab!!!! Just make a note of that. Location, location, location!!! One plus is the lobby bar/“restaurant” which made a late night soup very convenient- especially since they brought it to our room late night. Albeit, without any cover protecting the liquid, so that was a bit sketchy.

Another concern is that the entrance is off the main highway, so you don’t see the building from the street. Nor, how to enter the premises. Many an Uber driver had to keep circling. And, the narrow driveway at that, was packed with delivery vans, and blocking the road to get our taxis in and out.

If you’re heading to Moscow, to visit this enchanting, and historically rich city, stay in the main city near- Kitay-gorod!!! Or, if you have business for an overnight day trip, near this hotel, then you’ll be at the right place.

We stayed in this hotel for 9 days during the World Cup. . It was in a quiet place but no where to go. Far from Metro and the Center. The shuttle service to metro was always unavailable and unreliable. Need to take a taxi or go to bus stop which is a long walk.
Rooms were clean , spacious and bed comfortable.
Elona the front desk staff is in the wrong job. She can’t handle many guest so she becomes rude and unpleasant compared to the other staff Roman and Maria who were helpful, friendly and most of all efficient.
Breakfast buffet was a lot of good choices but restaurant staff dont speak much English and food was expensive. They even charge us extra for catsup and mustard even if you had ordered the dish from them.
The hotel was quick in calling a doctor since I was down with fever and upset stomach. This service was a good one. The hotel needs to be more prepared when there are big events like the World Cup cause service is affected.
