The hotel itself is good. Nice comfy rooms, few restaurants and bars, friendly staff. Personally I liked the sauna with its glass wall, so you can behold Moscow while warming up your bones - very cool and unusual. The only disadvantage I found : the location is a bit remote.

The best thing about this hotel is the rooms. They're very spacious, both the bedroom and the bathroom. Even though there's a couch and a table in addition to the bed, it still feels like you can wander around just fine. My parents even had their room upgraded, no-charge, to an even bigger room.
The hotel is located in a quite area, their room was looking to the Moscow River, so they had great view, and mine was towards the parking lot, but since the hotel has many floors (and I was on the 13th), I couldn't hear any noises.
The bed and the pillows are extremely comfortable which is a rare thing, so this hotel offers a pretty good rest.
The breakfast tho is a bit problematic, cause when you come later, a lot of things like fried eggs are over.
The staff are very friendly but aren't very attentive. I asked for a gluten free meal, and they gave me normal sandwich and croissant.

P.S: To enter the hotel you need to push very hardly 2 doors, so I'm not sure if it's the right place for people with disability. They might have another entrance for disabled people, but I haven't seen one.

I enjoyed staying at Palmira Business Club Hotel. I liked almost everything about it, "almost" because the only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast. Nice and clean rooms, lobby and overall hotel. Everytime you leave and come back you find clean and refreshed rooms which is cleaned by very friendly and nice cleaners from Kyrgizia. Price is pretty reasonable and I hope they will not spoil in the future. Wish you all the best in the future.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights during a holiday tour of Moscow. Best hotel I have experienced for its cleanliness, very good quality breakfast and dinner. On the 2nd last night of our stay, my wife suddenly fell very ill just after midnight and needed emergency medical treatment. I called the receptionist who responded that she will arrange for the ambulance doctor be at my room in 15 mnutes. True enough, the medical team came in less than 15 minutes accompanied by the hotel staff who acted as an interpreter and administered necessary treatment after thorough diagnosis tests. My wife's condition stabilised after an hour, and they came back to do a follow up examination after 2 hours.
It was a memorable experience that I will always cherished. We are very grateful to the efficiency and helpfulness of the receptionist and the staff who acted as interpreter and stayed throughout the medical procedure. The emergency ambulance service is fully equipped and about best in the world from my experience. I am thankful that I stayed at Palmira with well trained and excellent staff. Highly recommeded to anyone visiting Moscow.

No direct metro station but free shuttle service from 8am-8pm. Nice spacious rooms, very well furnished, Very good service, friendly and fast. Breakfast quite cheap at 1000 Rubles (15 Euro) but very poor in quality and variety. Sitting uncomfortable at huge round tables in a hall and not cozy for two. This downside could and should be easily improved!
Spa open till 11pm. Very clean, very well equipped, nice whirlpool, phantastic steam bath ad sauna with a spectacular view, Alltogether a very good value for price!

This hotel is the best kept secret in Moscow. Absolute luxury and comfort at very, very reasonable rates. The breakfasts were delicious with a large variety of food types to choose from. Rooms had everything a traveller would need, with comfortable beds, pillows and down duvets. Treat yourself in the spa - the sauna has the most amazing view over the river and the city. It is close to a tram line which takes you to the shopping centre and a metro stop, while the hotel shuttle bus offers rides to another metro stop near by. Why would you stay anywhere else!

The hotel was amazing and the room was even above my expectations. I went there with my girlfriend for 4 nights. I wanted a quiet hotel with comfort and beauty and found just that and more! The design is very well done and has lot`s of details and beautiful lighting. I reserved a standard room and was just amazed to find an small apartment size room with 2 flat-screen TV`s, living area with big couch and wooden table, secluded bed area with great mattress and wonderful bathroom. We fall in love with the room immediately and called it home from the first minute on. Unfortunately at the second night our key card didn`t work. After some small efforts form the hotel staff we were asked to take a seat in the lounge area with complementary drinks while they tried to solve the problem. The verdict was we had to swap rooms (next door - same size) ... we left our lovely room with a bit of sadness (already quit attached after 2 days) But the other room was as perfect. And a few minutes after our arrival there we heard a knock on the door and a plate of fresh fruits was delivered to ease our `troubles`. That`s what they call luxury problems ! :) ... we ordered room service a few times and were meeting wonderful and professional staff every time! ... the food was great although the Margarita Pizza could use a little more effort. But hey, Luxury problems!!

Thank you to the staff for their care, warmth and professionalism. This was my first time in a hotel of this class and perfection. The best ever!

Greetings,

Nils & Anna

Taxis are cheap in Moscow. My guess you will spend about $20 for a ride from any airport going to this hotel.

All the attractions are not within walking distance from the hotel. I understand there is a shuttle to the subway station which is a good 15 to 20 minutes walk away, but I never mae use of it. I signed up for a tour package from Singapore to the various attractions during my 5 day stay in Moscow and so was picked up at the hotel everyday. As communicating in English is a problem, we had a local tour guide who speaks good English.
