It is a nice hide-out in the city. The address presents a large stately building, with small businesses and what seems to be apartments on the street side. The hotel is at the back of the lower, left wing. It is accessed by a drive way on the left, next to the seafood restaurant, some 20 meters uphill and through a small parking lot on the right. A small garden on the right side of a path welcomes guests into this hotel of several floors. I know that this hotel gets great ratings, I know a lot of Americans that live in Vladivostok and they heard of this inn either. Hard to find, through an alley, and up a hill. Once found its right in the center of town. Reminds me of a European hotel, with a few meandering hallways. Breakfast was excellent also. My single deluxe room, about $155 US, was well appointed, three rooms, leather sofa, two flat screens. Staff is friendly and helpful even though I don't speak a word of Russian. The big chains can't hold a candle to this inn, has meeting rooms also. More
