Enjoyed my stay here. Although 'hotel' is part of it's name, it's really a bed and breakfast, with 3 rooms, a kitchen, (where one can prepare meals), and breakfast room. Breakfast was very good, although it took 2 days before I figured out they had müsli. Little English is spoken, so Google translation is used a lot here. They'll cook eggs and oatmeal if asked. Basically, there is a day lady, (not the same every day), who prepares breakfast and lets you in during daylight hours. You are given a latch key for after hours. Visiting Bubyr is in an old, occupied apartment building, and the 'lobby' is a bit shabby and the elevator a bit rickety, (but it's an Otis!). I liked the location, as it's a half block to the Metro, and 2 blocks from the main train station. My room and bath was clean and comfortable. The TV was a bit old, and only had local russian stations. They have WiFi, but it didn't quite reach my room, so I needed to go the the breakfast room if I needed WiFi. I had... More

My husband and I stayed here in early April 2013. We found it to be an exceptional apartment. City central, staff were courteous and helpful, apartment very clean, breakfast provided. Couldn't ask for more.
