OK Let's start up front where you are going to wonder what you have gotten into. There is no front. No fancy reception area, no fancy restaurant, etc... As a matter of fact it is a common entryway with the several story apartment building that shares the front door with this 7 room hotel. A security guard sits in the... More

This mini-hotel (6 rooms) is incredible: clean and comfortable with a special charm, in a great location (near Kazan Cathedral / Nevsky Prospekt), with abundant breakfast buffet options and very affordable. Svetlana is delightful, always smiling and going out of her way to be friendly and helpful. The rave reviews were on the mark as the Mini-Hotel Pride turned out... More

We stayed for two weeks in July in the Pride. We stayed there because of reading good reviews and all we had read was borne out. Andrei and his staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, beyond the normal range. The hotel is clean, quiet and very secure. It is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of St Petersburg, within easy... More

My husband and I stayed at Pride hotel in November, 2014. We wanted to choose something with home-like atmosphere, quiet and cosy, at the same time located in the center close to tourist attractions. We came across this lovely hotel that has only positive reviews. Most people would mention the owner, Andy Catman, who is said to provide the warmest... More

There are lots of reasons to stay at the Pride Hotel but, for me, the most important is Andy Katman, the proprietor, and his lovely staff. Andy is a superb host and a wonderful and fascinating individual - kind and solicitous. You will rarely meet his equal. The hotel's location couldn't be better. The rooms are not fancy but they... I stayed with my family at the Pride, and we loved it. It's a small, but very clean, safe and comfortable hotel in the heart of St Petersburg. Andrej made us feel welcome from the first moment and was always very lovely and helpful with any query you might have. If you would like to have a double bed, just... More

First of all my husband and I would like to thank the owner, Andrey Koshkin ( he calls himself Andy Catman), for his very friendly "Can Do" attitude and exceptional customer service. Andrey picked us at the airport, as per our request (the taxi would cost much more), and brought us to his little hotel. The hotel located on a... More

For a city trip to St.P this is definitely a good place to stay for a couple of days. The hotel just has some rooms, all doubles I guess, furniture is rather new, bathrooms are fine. The rooms have windows to a small courtyard and the whole place is totally quiete at night. The breakfast room is rather small and... More

This was our first trip to Saint Petersburg, and it was not so easy to find a good place to stay - Hotel are too expensive (good one we used to costs 160+ EUR/night, and to rent a private flat was too risky). First we have booked the private appartment over piterstay.ru (kvartirent.ru) - but they have cancelled our reservation... More

“Adjoining parking courtyard undergoing renovation. Kind enough to wait until 830 to start. In the evening there was zero noise.”

“Try to get one of the higher number rooms. Room 1 where I stayed i next to the common area and guests who gather there might prove an annoyance.”

“All six rooms are on the same side, and non smoking. Room 1 is located next to the kitchen and can be a bit noisier in the morning. Room 6 is next to the door, which separates hotel from the building entrance, therefore you may hear a little noise of people entering the hotel. However, it is still very quiet and I would not really worry about the room location.”
