The location is next to the railway station and walking distance from the Main Street neversky prospect. The hotel per day is clean with spacious rooms. The hotel staff a little unhelpful though. My bedsheets on one day had a hole.... on complaining they changed it .... but the beauty of it was they charged me for the bedsheet... and...

There is nothing wrong with the cleanliness and the service. But for the the price and a 5 star hotell, you would expect a bit more. But we are very satisfied with our stay and have nothing else to complain about.

So, now I am in this hotel. What do I see? I see a very, very, very nice view from my window. Here it is. Please note the room rate is about US 120. Breakfast is not included. Not to bad. I love this city. I love Sant Petersboorg.

We held a day event at this hotel, so I can't say anything about the rooms, just the public areas. The lobby looks unwelcoming, even though there is everything necessary there, and navigation is present and clear. In fact, the enitre color scheme and furnishing of the hotel is all in dark colors, very unassuming - really no clear style...

A modern and nice accommodation. Service is very good, you feel being seen and the food is very good. Security is taken care of. Several buses right outside the hotel brings you to the city center and many of the "must see" unless you choose to walk.

The Grand Emerald was my hotel during my stay in St Petersburg and I really enjoyed its charming, old fashioned ambience. I had a lovely shower with good water pressure – very important to me. The bed was super comfortable – not too hard, not too soft – with crisp linen. There was plenty of hanging space for my clothes,...

Long story made short, I checked out of this hotel today and I received almost a horrible service which includes: a terrible room with no exterior window (room facing restaurant), absolutely boring food repeated everyday, no mini bar, slowest wifi ever (max 1mg at best chance), air con that dose not work properly, and unprofessional staff. The truth about this...
