Okay price, comfortable, warm, which is very important in cold Baikal winters. My only complaint would be the insanely small rooms just enough to fit one bed and some luggage, that's it. And a bit of sewage smell in the bathroom. But apart from that, everything was clean, the restaurant good, room service too and the banya/sauna is exceptional: our... More

Unhelpful staff at the front desk gave my wife and I a tiny, dark and cramped room just larger than the size of a double bed at the rear of the hotel. We were eventually moved after complaining to a much better room at the front of the hotel for one night. We were then moved on to a third... More

We spent a night here. Comfortable, simple and clean on our way to Lake Baikal. The staff was very accommodating. A good place to stay if you want to explore Irkutsk. Convenient with a accommodating staff.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night. We were in Irkutsk for three days so we came up to Listvyanka for one of those days and stayed overnight in this hotel. I can see from the previous reviews that the rooms are all very different but from our own experience, the room was really very nice. We had... More

We had a room in the turret area which was unusual. The receptionist on duty when we arrived at 0700hr for our one night stay had perfect English. Listvynka is an amazing place to see and we walked over 14km and enjoyed the are. They have beautiful grill bar on the roof which provided a lovely late lunch. Unfortunately the... More

My room was very small, the bed was really comfortable. The cleaning staff were very friendly as was the reception staff. Kate was our waitress on the 7th floor Restaraunt and she was really good to us. The meal was excellent. The hotel is in the middle of everything in Listvyanka so the location and view are awesome.

We stayed for one night in this hotel. They were kind enough to allow an early check in, so we did not complain about the inadequacy of the room. We had to put one case in front of the only storage space, a small wardrobe, as there was no other floor space. We could only walk on one side of... More

The rooms are small, but by Siberian Russian standards, I have stayed in much smaller. The rooms are clean, housekeeping is efficient and proficient. It is ideally located across the street from Baikal, several shops, and tourist attractions. The front desk staff is courteous and deft. They helped us arrange a dog-sledding outing that was splendid. Taxis are few in... More

My room at level 5 was rather long and narrow and a double bed was placed near the windows which only had a foot or less for reach for opening/closing the windows. Door lock doesn't look strong and secure, even if door was shut, it wobbled. Breakfast (at level 2) was good, WiFi was slower than my prepaid beeline data... More

A superb view over the frozen lake with helpful front of desk service . The restaurant served excellent dishes though you need to ensure they arrive at the same time as the other person's at the table. Breakfast was good and we were able to book in very early as we arrived early in the day, due to an overnight... More
