I should have believed the rating of the hotel and never book it!!! It's horrible!! The smell of alcohol and cigarettes welcomes you instead of a nice receptionist. The front office girl was as rude as they can be in southern Russia. She kept telling me that I need an original birth certificate for my kid and without it she... More

I dont understand people who write good reviews about this one - it's really really bad! All the furniture is stained till its brown instead of pink, carpet looks disgusting and there is mold all over the bathroom. This hotel doesnt have a pool and most of the rooms dont even have balcones, so where are you supposed to dry your... I cannot recomment this hotel for business trips - no air condition in the rooms - very poor internet connection - only one receptionist speaks English - bed cover is an old fashion style old and ugly brown blanket on top of a linen - their internet apperance in exaggerating incredibly Luckily Russia offers many more better hotels

This hotel needs a serious refreshing. I did stay 2 nights last week. Very cheap, but what's the point?... if the minimum requirements are not even fulfilled!! Few examples: - shower was cold (I mean really COLD) both days, - no more heating-system (that is the decision of the city to interrupt general heating at that time of the year,... More

The hotel has a great central location ! Rooms arent that great but but the hotel has very beautiful girls working in the sauna ! And they have an adult nightclub in the same building ! So its perfect for business trips . Breakfast is good with no special surprises ! So if your coming alone on your trips or... More

This hotel may have been a good one decade ago, but since the Olympics and it's new competitors it is falling far behind. Room look like in the 1980s (except for TVs). Window open for just a small crack, and air condition wasn't working. There is a restaurant under the rooms that can make your nights pretty loud and harming... More

Basically, there are a lot of new hotels in Sochi. However, for some reason, our hosts choosed this one. Now, since I was hosted, it is not fair to complain. However, it is very modest, and "under-maintained". My private feeling was like the owner built few newest hotels, and stopped taking Marins Park Hotel seriously. Still, the staff is nice... More

I'm checking-out with a very good feeling of having spent good time here. Although I admit that disadvantages mentioned by other reviewers (second to none noise insulation, 'bullet wi-fi' used to be at times more like a bullet-time wi-fi, mediocre pianist in the restaurant) are true, they didn't change my overall experience in the hotel. After all, if you are... More

I've been several times to the Marins Park Hotel, and I must say I'm impressed how the service improved during the Winter Olympics. The staff is friendly and always eager to help, during the breakfast there's a pianist playing the piano. It may not be perfect, but while I know many russian hotels, Marins Park is always a good choice... More

I`ve stayed in this hotel for nearly a month, and it is an awful place. From where to start... Apparently it is a 4* hotel, but for me it is more like a 2*-3*. So first thing, it is overpriced. Rooms are not clean, there is no hot water in the morning, walls are so thin you can hear everything... More
