Stayed as our agent said it’s very clouded to masjidul Nabi which it is. The hotel from any lifts looks amazing. But that’s where it stops.
The rooms are smaller than you’d expect for a ‘5star’ hotel. The rooms have fridges in but they do not give you and ironing board nor iron.
It’s 14 stories and the has many lifts but can be quite annoying as when the lift stops on your floor the lift may be full and you then have to wait for another one.
There is no azaan in the room it self but from outside the rooms you can hear the azaan.
The breakfast is on the mezzanine floor. The breakfast has some different options that you’d expect. There is someone there that makes fresh omelette , fried eggs etc and waffles on request.
One thing I’d recommend for the hotel if staff can ihave knifes on the table as it’s very hard to spread jam with a fork.
The business centre has very old computers running on office that seems like a is a 97-2003 version. The computer internet doesn’t work and was difficult to use.
The WiFi is so so. Can be better but wouldn’t complain if it can get the tablet or phone working, which it does but the buffering is annoying.

First of all I must say the highlight of this place was the food. The food was so delicious and amazing and I met the chef who was so friendly too. He could cook all kinds of cuisine so well and I was impressed. The staff here are really nice and I will not forget the friendly and funny receptionist who helped me to get to level B1 patiently despite me coming back to him for like 5 times or something because I really couldn’t find it. It was clean and comfy enough although I think it could be slightly cleaner in terms of the bedding and the toilet. This hotel is very near to Masjid Nabawi and was surrounded by shops which was convenient. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Hotel is pleasant - the room is cosy and comfortable. Stayed for 4 nights. The furniture is dated and served its function- the tissue cover in our room was broken. They are 4 elevators and because the lobby is round, you need to keep moving to check them. The daily breakfast spread offers the same menu - which has limited variety. There is ample seating area in the restaurant . Overall, I've enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Check out time is 12 noon but you can stay till 2 pm. Hotel is about 200m from the grand mosque.

The Rooms are always kept clean. The hotel staff were very welcoming and hospitality.

The food had good varieties. it was tasty , matching a lot my home country food types and tastes.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Haram which simplified my visits around the day.

Reviews are ones personal opinion and should be read in that context. It did not meet my expectations and therefore I have given it a 3 star. I would not class this as a 5 star hotel. The biggest advantage is the proximity to the Holy Mosque, as that is the reason why people would travel to the City of Madinah.

The Breakfast was reasonable but the croissant, the danish etc were not fresh.

The main factor for us in Madina is always the location. The property in in the third row of hotels from the north wall of the haram, on the east side. It is in line with the main ladies area/entrance. It takes about 5 minutes walking at a moderate pace to reach the haram door. So its not too far away and if its winter and you are all fit and healthy, I doubt the short walk will trouble you at all but in the summer when its above 40 degrees in the shade you will certainly feel it. There are are other hotels that are closer for example, Dallah Taibah or Taibah Arac.

The hotel is an unusual design with an open circular core running all the way up the building that houses the lobby on the ground floor. There are several lifts mostly located close together but not all interconnected so you are left pressing different call buttons and trying to figure out which bank of lifts will come first.

Our room was comfortable and clean. 5 star hotels in Makkah and Madina tend to be equivalent to 4 star hotels elsewhere and this was no different in terms of the room.

The buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate with a wide variety of the usual hot and cold items but nothing stood out. There were no fresh juices or filter coffee (just the instant stuff) but again, that's not unusual in Makkah/Madina.

Service was acceptable but nothing special. Staff came across as responsive but I wouldn't say welcoming or friendly. We had (almost) no help with our luggage, either on our arrival or departure.

Overall, a perfectly fine functional hotel. But presumably most visitors are staying there for its proximity to the haram rather than the comfort of the hotel. On that front, there are better, cheaper options like Dallah Taibah.

+ points::
Near to haram, just road crossing will help you to reach haram. Posh hotel. Staff very helpful.
They provide extra two blankets immediately when requested. Internet free. They gave us internet card on arrival. Cafetaria was lovely, good service. I will highly recommend this to family. They have 4-5 lifts , so no waiting time for elevator
Negative points: :Very small rooms.

Firstly don't be surprised if you are literally thrown outside the hotel and rushed to take your luggage by the Taxi driver.
This is because most hotels in Madinah has on drive- in.

This hotel has the lousiest reception. The concierge is extremely small and again the staff lack western etiquette.

Our room was a suite consisting of two connecting rooms with intividual ensuite bathrooms.
The room were dark and no view only overlooking side walls and windows.

Decor is ok but Cleanliness is below five star level.
Dirty old stained carpets, dirty and dusty furnitures and toilets were left with skid marks ( disgusting).
It seems the staff lack serious training so can't blame the poor foriegn workers.

This hotel is claustrophobic with night club themed lighting but without bling bling!!!

I must say that the radisson was not my first choice, I booked pretty late and hence it was my second choice. The location was the most important factor. I travelled with kids and it was a good 5 minutes walk to Haram and direct to the ladies entrance which was a bonus. Check in was pretty quick, we had efficient, English speaking staff.
The rooms are pretty small and we had trouble with our suitcases. The bathrooms are just as small, you barely had room to move about.
The breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold foods.
Free wifi was a definite plus for the hotel and we were given the access code as soon as we checked in. The hotel has quite a few lifts so you don't have to wait for too long for one.
Staff in the hotel were generally helpful.

The Radisson Blu is a good "Five Star" option that is closer to the Ladies entrance, but you still have to walk two blocks which might be a bit much for anyone who has mobility issues.

We had booked a quad room, however the nice check in person upgraded us to a suite with two bathrooms. A definite plus!

Food was fine, but was not to the level that you would expect from a true five star hotel.

WaAlaikum Assalaam, Yes off course they provide parking but it is limited. They have cellar parking where they can accommodate approx. 50 cars. They allot on first come first serve basis. Parking is free. If you don't get space here, you can always park in Haram parking which is free. Hope it is clear. Have a nice trip and Pray for us. Muzaffar
