Nice Hotel and 2 mins away from Masjid al Nabawi. The room was spacious but we have an issue with the toilet on the first day which was resolved after we have made several complaints. No One at the reception can speak English but the staffs were friendly and try to be helpful. However there was a huge problem with...

It's very close to gate 15 of Mashjid e Nawbi as a result conveniently located for both men and women. Other than that the hotel is falling apart. Renovation has become mandatory and the lifts are inadequate and really slow. You will keep on missing prayer times if you have to wait for the lifts. It's better to take the...

The location was fantastic right next to Movenpick hotel and just 2 blocks from Masjid of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).Takes hardly 3 minutes walk to reach the boundary of Masjid. Great view of Green dome and Masjid. Mainly for large groups and despite having 4 lifts, it takes a long time to get on a lift to reach...

Sadly most hotels around the holy cities do not care much about 'Guests' its one of those principles, you need us more than we need you policy. Room was clean and adequate and the floor housekeeper was very kind enough to make sure I had enough towels and Amenities, excluding WiFi.

Small, effisient hotel. Pretty close to al masjid an nabawi, just 1 block away from the main entrance (and the women area). The food taste great. The elevator is very small, so sometimes there's a long queue waiting to use it. The light is sooo dim, but the interior is unique, adding arabian touch to it.

I always stay here during my visit in Madinah, they have clean room and verry closed near the Prophet Mosque. The budget also value with the standard *3 hotel in Madinah. Unfortunately wifi just available in lobby, not all of rooms.
