Nice 5 star hotel with all modern facilities. Haram sharif is 5-7 minutes walk and you can visit masjid ghamama, masjid Ali, masjid Omar on way to haram sharif as they are on way. It's location is extremely convenient. Had very bad Arabian food ( worst ever) and paid 117 riyals for it. Hope it was a one off mistake... More

I stayed there for 5 nights with my family and parents. We booked two rooms. Our check-in and check-out was very smooth and quick, I requested for a late check-out which they agreed some hesitation. They have shuttle service to the haram all the day. Even if you are coming out late from the Haram you can call hotel reception... More

Compared to other Marriott hotels, it's not up to standard. Room cleanliness was not that good, towels were dirty, complimentary water bottles filled with tab water, fridge not working, things was almost damaged, hotel feels old, a bit far from haram compared to other hotels, no car parking Food was good and staff were friendly though.

Stayed for 4 nights. Had booked and paid for two rooms (triples) but were assigned one double and one triple room (they charged on arrival)....Breakfast is excellent but room service and quality is not Marriott standard. I am a gold member and my stay has not been posted to my reward account - it has been more than 3 weeks.
