This is a two star hotel with a five star location. Incompetent staff and terrible breakfast and mostly uncontrolled children running a mock till late hours of the night. It seems that the duty manager could care less as if we are in public service...More

The recieption staff are very freindly , cooperative and they kindly made upgrade considering my ambassador membership, but other hotel accomidations are not below intercontinental standerds such as room furnture, breakfast food varaities and staff, conceirge attitudes was very rude I hope they will improve

I'll suggest the best place to buy dates is the city where your departure is from. If you are flying back home from Jeddah then buy dates from Makkah, and if you are flying back from Madinah offcourse then the Al Haram... More
