This hotel is a medium sized establishment situated outside of the city of Hangzhou in a quiet suburb near the West Lake. Makes an ideal base from which to explore the lake and other attractions in the area. The hotel is boutique with all the rooms furnished in traditional style, but with all the facilities you could need. On the...

Very kind people. Very well located just near a park north of west lake. Easy to find taxis. Close to railway station 45mn. Service very good. Hotel itself very cute. Good restaurant. Good bar to have cocktails. We will come back again

The hotel is very clean and modern the only major flaw is ZERO sound proofing. Now this tends to be problem in China in general First thing you should know is its on a busy major road with a bus stop out front This makes it noisy, and I mean noisy Second thing is its not that close to west...

Spent a week in Hangzhou while staying at Tea Boutique Hotel near West Lake. Nice neighborhood for walking around, catering to Hangzhou visitors. Hotel is modern, well-appointed, and clean. Staff is friendly and responsive (and English speaking). The teas provided in our room were a wonderful treat. Would definitely recommend.

There was a sofa with a table and a plate with apples and small tomatoes that was filled each day. There were different loose teas and beautiful tea pot and cups...

Great hotel, large spacious rooms and excellent attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff and lots of little extras like fruit in the room. Probably the best hotel we stayed at in 4 weeks travelling round China & Hong Kong.

The hotel was just 20 minutes away from the General Yue temple by taxi. Not too close to the noisy areas and it is a relaxing hotel for the travellers to relax and chill out after a long day of sightseeing. Decor is simple yet classic. Hotel provides a litre of spring water from the nearby spring. Really loved the...

We have been there for only night (saturday-sunday), but we got a very nice and quiet room (ask for a room to the north, the street is quite busy). the staff is very nice and helpful. the only thing was the sockets which didn't work very well to charge smartphones. It's greatly connected to public transport (buses) and also to...
