Staff at the reception knows English and Chinese so communication is not a problem. Traveled as two adults and two young children and stayed at a deluxe twin room with sofa bed. It was just nice. Room was quite newly renovated i believe. It is also not too small. There's also a small dressing room within the room. I also...

We got in around 4:30pm into chitose airport and took the Sapporo bus here. It took about an hour and a half to the station and about 5 minutes to walk over by foot. Easy check in on the 2nd floor, staff was eagerly helpful and dinner was right underground at the Apia shopping mall. Room was a bit snug...

It's a nice hotel (but not grand) of good location and nice breakfast. We have booked a Corner room which have a living room. There was window in the living room but not in the bedroom. The toilet is a bit small but all necessities were provided. They even provide facial foam and facial lotion. The breakfast although is nice...

We visit Sapporo in the end of OCT, it's already cold and with strong wind when walking on the street... So, it's really nice that you could visit lots places here through pedestrian underpass directly from the hotel which you stay. The breakfast on both 2F & 19F are great. However, if you wish to have someplace more quiet then...

This hotel is great option for those travellers looking to stay in a four star hotel in Sapporo. The staff were extremely helpful and whilst most did not speak English fluently, we were able to be served in a highly satisfactory manner. It is very centrally located and had underground access to the large department stores like Esta and Daimaru...

The hotel room is spacious and the hotel is conveniently located within mins walk to Sapporo station. When we commented that the room was a little stuff, the female staff immediately came back to us with a fan for the room. Very attentive service.

This hotel is part of a cluster around the JR rail station, with its shopping centers, underground shopping street, and lots and lots of restaurants. There's a convenience store on the ground floor, gift shop on the second (with the attractive hotel lobby). The room was in excellent condition, well organized and equipped, the breakfast room for Japanese bento-style breakfast...

We stayed in an executive suite on 18/F., the room has its own hallway before arriving the main door room. The suite has divided into 3 sections. Bedroom area, living room, and study area. There is a glass wall to divide the bedroom and living room, the bathroom and toilet on the other end of the room which is also...

I must say the hotel is situated excellently for walking distance to the train, tube and bus stations. All the commercial shopping is next door with all branded goods available and food around is abundant. The rooms however is a tad too small and one must be ingenious if two in a room were to open their luggages together. Even...

Terrific service. Comfortable beds and very very good location. It's just a supermarket below the hotel and the service given by the hotel is impeccable. Carpark is quite hard to manoeuvre so get a small car if possible. I had a very pleasant stay in Japan because of the services they provide.
