Overall the hotel is nice. It is located in a small road. You won't notice it is there. Very near to Odori station, Odori park and other tourist spots. 7-11 and other mart is near by. Staff is friendly and helpful. Communication with English is not a problem as they understand what we speak, they just not well in speaking... More

Great location (15 minutes by foot from main train station, a few minutes to the nearest subway station, tons of food option as well as shops nearby), decent sized and clean room and bathroom, wonderful staff (the receptionist spoke both English and German and directed us to a very nice Tempura place a few blocks away, which she likes to... This was the cheapest hotel in the heart of Sapporo at the time of my stay. I was a little bit concerned with the consistent but few bad reviews on TA, but due to the price and the fact I was only staying 1 night - I booked it. I was able to ask for a non-smoking room for 2... More

My first trip to Sapporo to watch the Ice festival as well as experience the snow weather. After arriving at the Sapporo train station, we decided to take a short taxi ride to the Nest hotel since it was snowing and we had luggages on hand. The Nest hotel was only a walking distance to the ice festival. Very clean... More

We stayed here 2 nights during winter. Rooms were decently sized - could be a bit cleaner. I noticed some rubbish (including a pill) was left between the bed and bedside table. Beds and pillows were fairly comfortable by Japanese standards. No breakfast was offered - however there was free coffee in the lobby and a microwave in the hall.... More

Reserved a double room for friend's stay for six nights. Got a chance to look inside the hotel. The lobby was simple but attractive and cozy. The service was good, although no early check in was available. The receptionist did accommodate my friend's request for a room to one side of the hotel because of noisy ongoing building works on the... More

Great senior lady staff. Her English was great, and she was very attentive to the needs of my wife too! Its a pity I didn't get her name to commend her to everyone here! We were very thankful to stay at this hotel at an offer price (about 50% discount!) They even provided a humidifier for us when we requested... More

We booked this hotel based on the fact that it's close to major shopping district, though a tad further from Sapporo Station. Price is cheap! Location - If you have a lot of luggage and you need to travel back and forth through Sapporo Station, I suggest you look for another hotel. You need about 30 minutes to walk from... More

Located at Odori, this hotel is walking distance to Odori station, which is an important interchange for the various subways. From Odori station, it is also possible to walk underground to Sapporo station to board the JR trains. This hotel is also walking distance to the famed Ramen Alley, bustling Tanukikoji Shopping Street and the iconic Odori Park where Autumn... More

I had lived in other smoking rooms in Japan but the smell in our room was so strong it won't go away even hours after we opened the window. Then we also had to bear the bbq smell from nearby restaurants which was equally unbearable!
