I stayed with my wife just for one night. The lobby was a bit old and I concerned the room could be old and small as well. However, the room was a bit wider where I could open my large suitcase and a cleaner than expected.
The location is three to five-minute walk from Susukino busy area, and it was convenient. The daily room rate was 12,000 JPY (=100 USD). Wi-Fi's performance was good.
This hotel can be an option to stay casually.

Simplicity with good comfort and breakfast. I like the big bath tub for common use as often the hotel's bathroom is too small to relax. The rooms are very clean and well kept as hotel does not subcontract out the cleaning staff. There are both japanese and continental breakfast buffet, great price for the home made quality
