Stayed for 5 days for the winter festival in sapporo. The rooms are larger compared to many Japanese hotel. Check in was a breeze. And rooms are well maintained and amenities a plenty. Breakfast was ok. With huge Japanese and western sections. But food was similar over the 5 days. Close to subway about 2 minutes walk and also about...

We stayed here during the 2017 winter festival. Check in was efficient and the room was large, plenty of storage space, desk and chair, all the amenities you expect and very clean. The breakfast was mainly Asian food based but enough Western food to survive, the restaurant was very crowded at peak times for breakfast but that was expected during...

Rooms were spotless clean and very well maintained. Staffs were friendly and checking in/out were swift and hassle-free. For a hotel in Japan, this is considered spacious as compared to those in Tokyo. A very accessible hotel which is located very near the subway station and its just a stop away from Sapporo Staion central. Would definitely be back for...

Me and my children stayed here for 4 days in January 2017. The check in and check out was fast. The hotel staffs were extremely helpful, though many of them do not speak very good English. But one particular young lady staff at the reception who speaks perfect English was very helpful. She helped me with all questions I asked...

Rooms are spacious, unlike typical Japanese hotels. Location is great, only 2 minutes walk to subway! Finding place to eat is relatively easy, short walks to various local restaurants. Buffet breakfast offers a great variety.

American travelling with Thai family. One of the newer hotels, maybe newest (formerly Best Western, still shown on some maps). Visited in January to see snow. Very very clean hotel, did not smell any cigarette smoke anywhere. EXCELLENT front desk staff with at least one native English speaker, and others as well, made for a very easy stay. Hotel breakfast...

Stayed here with my family on a 12 day trip through Japan over Christmas. The hotel is a Japanese style hotel with some Western influence (e.g, room is quite large and the bathroom is more of a Western design than the modular Japanese style). We only stayed for a night but all in the hotel was clean and well laid...

The hotel room is very big. There is a small living room with TV and sofa near the king size bed. We feel like going back home (not just a room) everyday. The breakfast is great and have a lot of choices. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The location is good, just a few mins from the nearest train...
