The hotel is very thoughtful. They provided us buckwheat noodles to celebrate the new year's eve. Service is excellent and hotel staff recognised us on sight and was thoughtful to our family's needs (i have a 2 year old and a 5 year old). The location is extremely near the JR Sapporo station, the only drawback is that it is...

The hotel is close to Sapporo station. It was newly renovated in April 2010 so the hotel looks new and clean. We have buffet style breakfast with good choice and food.

Stayed in a triple bedroom on the 7th floor. Rooms were smallish, furniture was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping was very good. I have a thing for clean bathrooms and the shower and toilet facilities were very clean, probably cleaner than some five star hotels I have stayed in in other countries. Bathtub was reasonably sized and showers were good....

I was traveling with two other families. 12 of us in total. We booked 4 twins and a quad room. Rooms was spacious compared to other Japanese hotels and good value. Location is only 5 min walk from the station. There is an underground walkway from the station that pops up only 20 m from the hotel door. Great when...

We booked a deluxe double double nonsmoking room. Everything was in order and checkin was efficient. There are many staff in the lobby to help the guests. They speak enough English to help American guests. Our room was somewhat small by US standards but likely reasonable size by Japan standards. The bathroom had a nice deep tub and a modern...

We stayed here for one night on our way up to Nesiko. It was very close to the train station, easy to find, close to restaurants and the bus to the mountains picked us up right outside.

We stayed 3 nights at the Sapporo Aspen. The hotel location is great! It is just a few minutes away from the Sapporo JR Station and you will certainly not miss it. There is also a convenience store next to the hotel. We stayed in a twin room and it was larger than I expected. It was very clean with...

The hotel location is great, just literally 1-2 min walk from the station north exit. There were laundry machines for us to use, only downfall is that on that particular floor, you can smell the smoke. Luckily we were on a non smoking floor. The gift store downstairs in the lobby is handy for buying Sapporo cookies and other gifts....

We stayed for 1 night so we could catch the early JAL flight the next day. It is a very clean and beautiful city. Great place to take long stroll and sightsee around the city. There is a famous Hot spring village near by (45mins) which we missed out. Thus, we intend to go back to Sapporo next year after...
