Hotel is close to offices, convention center. The rooms is really small and hot. It was quite dangerous as the window that we open, there was a small walkway which actually allows people to walk (maybe for staff only) but it was abit lack of privacy, what if there is people climb out to the walk way? As the hotel...

This hotel was very close to the Convention Centre where I had a conference. The room was very small though and the beds horrible! Friendly staff. But the hotel is on Port Island, which is a very nice area, very peaceful with lovely scenery.

I stayed one night in this hotel. Our dinner was French restaurant of the hotel. It was very good. After the dinner we went to Sannomiya station and Shinkobe station. Every 30minutes hotel's free bus went to their two stations until 21.45pm. Also the breakfast buffet was good and our group members all enjoyed so much.

Hotel does not have complimentary bottled water in rooms. They sell bottled water for ¥140. There is a 7-11 store across the hotel where u can buy bottled water at ¥100 only. They have free wifi and free shuttle service from and to Hotel to Sannomiya station.

Hotel Pearl City Kobe is what they call a "business hotel" in Japan, meaning a hotel where you just go to sleep. This is meant for people who attend conferences on Port Island or are here for business purposes, the hotel is not meant for relaxation. I stayed here one night during a conference which I attended. It is adequate,...

It is away from the centre of Kobe. I had to use shuttle bus of the hotel or train to go to Sannomiya where I could take other transportation or for meals. If anyone does not mind spend extra 20 minutes (each way) on transportation or does not have other options, pick this.

Kobe is a bustling city but this hotel is located in Port Island which is about 20 minutes train ride on Port Liner from Sannomiya Station where "everything" Kobe is. Port Island was created to become a business and commercial mecca but economic downturn in Japan probably contributed to it becoming just a sparse reclaimed island. But the hotel provides...

Our initial impressions of this hotel were good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception area was spacious and comfortable. The rooms however, although not small, felt cramped. The main downside for us was the location of this hotel on Port Island, which is mainly a business and residential area. Finding somewhere to eat locally was difficult initially,...

Quite decent hotel provided that you have less than 1.90m. If you have more than that height you could have a problem with the toilet and bed. The hotel was clean but the concept of a European breakfast is quite different to someone from Europe. Small round cheese and salami for breakfast which in Europe a guest would not looked...

This is in a quiet location slightly away from the hustle-bustle of Sannomiya and we loved staying here. It is conveniently located near port liner stations (3 of them) and Hotel offers free shuttle bus service to Sannommiya center. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there are no eateries very nearby ( Hotel has one....
